Have you changed your password? If not do it *now*. If someone's hacked into your account, it's likely that this will get circulated... If you had already changed your password and it's happened again then it could be that your computer is compromised, in which case change your gmail password from another machine and then do all the usual checks (anti-virus, Malwarebytes, HiJackThis plus whatever else people will suggest) on your computer.

Edit: if you also use the same password for anything else, then you need to change these too asap.

Is your malwarebytes up to date?

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION') and install
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Whilst pressing the SHIFT key, RIGHT CLICK on the hijack desktop icon and select RUN AS (ADMINISTRATOR)
Click DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE (Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

You say you have Microsoft security essentials, but its not running according to that log? Have you confused it with windows defender? You NEED a decent anti virus running

Only thing of real note other than that is I recommend uninstalling the 'nectar' toolbar

Please open malwarebytes, goto LOGS and post the WHOLE of the last log

3 hours is a long time for what I presume wouldnt be too full of a hard drive

What size hard drive do you have and how much room is left?

Ill reask - do you have microsoft security essentials?

Either way, im a little concerned it could be infected

    Please run COMBOFIX
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
    Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download
(If no log comes up or you lose it, COMBOFIX.TXT can be found in C drive)
