Go to the bottom right of the page and select DETAILS
If you only use the one computer but theres more than one IP address then your account probably has been compromised
Either way I would change the password:idea:0 -
That IP is colombian so I would say this is probably a legit message:idea:0
-
Would probably run a malware scan or anti-virus just to check you don't have a trojan or anything untoward aswell to be on the safe side.
Also, if Gmail has something like security questions, i'd recommend you change them to something unrelated to you (the answers) so you cant be socially engineered by anyone.

I saw the same thing recently on a friends computer, account had been hacked and accessed by USA and China IP, the account was rarely used by the owner, the password was then changed and then changed again after a couple of days and so far no further intrusions. Also make sure you click terminate any unclosed connections when you access the account settings/details, it is I think under the details or where you change your password.0

I got a message like that as well and I dont have a gmail account so what does that tell you?0

I did run malwarebytes straight away and nothing showed up, have changed my password as well on gmail. Do you think I will be ok now? I am not computer savvy with things like this. Also how do i get rid of the message??
Thaks for ur replies

Probably someone who guessed your gmail password... You can set up a 2-step verification process, which makes it far more difficult for someone to hack your account. Basically you use your username and password as usual, but Google will also send a code that you need to enter to be able to log in. Have a look in the options/settings in Gmail where it should be explained in more details.
Edit: to set up 2-step verification from Gmail, go to Settings > Accounts and Import tab > Other Google Account Settings. It'll open a new page, click on using 2-step verificationNow free from the incompetence of vodafail0 -

If you have both of those and update(MSE does this automatically) and use them frequently then that is reasonable protection.0 -
Is your malwarebytes up to date?
Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION') and install
http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Whilst pressing the SHIFT key, RIGHT CLICK on the hijack desktop icon and select RUN AS (ADMINISTRATOR)
Click DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE (Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log):idea:0
