yep, was £188 at the beginning. they are really taking advantage of this offer to hike up the price.0

I think they're just having usual computery price fluctuations. When I got mine from Dabs it was £199... just a few hours later the price dropped to £169 or something! Then I think it was backorder, then discontinued. The it24 site has had a few price changes, it started at a special price that was only available for 200 units or something, once they ran out it went back to normal price.
Hard to keep up...beh!:rotfl:0 -
to people who have posted their cashback documents to HP........did you send them recorded delivery?0
-
I didn't, but that's probably an idea. It says to take copies of things and if you don't hear back you can email HPOnce the claim has been received and approved, the participant will receive confirmation of receipt of the claim form by email from promotions@outbound.
co.uk stating whether or not the claim for cash back has been successful. It is the claimant’s responsibility to contact Outbound Field Marketing Services Ltd using the email address above within seven days of their claim being sent if an email acknowledgement has not been received.:rotfl:0 -

Seems they've realised there's a £50 cashback and bumped the price up a tenner.
I spoke to IT247 and dabs about this, and they said it depends on the supplier as to what they pay for the units... the ones they were doing at 188 were a special offer price... they may well come down again, but who knows...
the cash backs available till april so you can wait to see what happens... but you have no guarantees.0 -
maanam wrote:Hi just a quick question- joining the forum late- is there a cashback offer available if your purchase through th IT247 site then go direct to HP?
Thanks,

Yes, just send your invoice from IT247 with the claim documents.
I sent mine recorded, i figured it was worth a quid to make sure i got 50 back, lol.0 -
I didn't send recorded but then I sent a print out of the invoice as it247 only email them... if theres any probs will get onto IT247 and get them to mail me an invoice.0

Shouldn't be a problem. I printed out the invoice from Dabs (only packing note with delivery).:rotfl:0
