            Could anybody please help me out. I have bought a dvi-d cable to go from my geforce 6800 card to this monitor but it doesn't seem to work, monitor says 'no input' do I have to change a setting on my graphics card or do I have a faulty cable. I have noticed all pins are connected to each other except pin 24 doesn't seem to be connected is that correct or a fault. Thanks.0

 It says email them within 7 days if you don't hear anything.
 I haven't heard anything and 7 days is up tomorrow.0

 The Monitor will act as a USB hub only if connected to an existing USB port. If my memory serves me right the input connector is on the underside near the VGA & DVI connector. DVI is purely for digital video connection.
 You'll need a USB 2.0 A-B Cable (same as normally used fro a printer)0

 I printed the invoice off the web and sent that. I also sent the delivery note which was original from IT247 but I don't know if that made any difference.0

 Printed the Cash Sale Invoice email (not the Sales order), printed and filled out the claim form.0
