Wow! Mine arrived from IT247 this morning and it's amazing! Huge, bright and clear, perfect for my work (I paint). It's possibly a little TOO bright, guess I need to fiddle with settings until my eyes feel comfortable.

Love the rotate function, very clever!

Also no invoice for me, I'll give it a few days and then phone if nothing turns up.

I'm beaten! On the floor screaming with frustration!!! how the heck do you get the back plastic cover off so you can route the cables down the stand?

I've just wasted a pointless 20 minutes calling every HP help number i can find and i can't understand the foreign peeps and the peeps here just send me back to the menu system which takes me back to the foreign peeps!!!!!!

I've been in about it with a knife but i'm scared to really prise it off in case i snap something. am i missing a screw somewhere or something? help me pleeeease!!!!

Just looked at the PDF on the HP website (am at work), think the cables just slot into a groove along the back of the monitor frame and along the base:
Place the cables through the cable management channel on the back of the monitor and on the pedestal base.

Page 9 mentions it in this PDF manual

yeah cookie they do but i couldn't get the plastic cover off to route them like that.

for everyone else that's wondering...........don't prise of with a knife :(

squeeze the sides inwards whilst you're trying to pull it off. i didn't squeeze. :(

wonder if you can buy parts, lol?

ach it's not that bad, i lost one of the clips when the edge snapped off. it's gone back on fine though and mrs teb will be none the wiser. ;)

i love it, it's so clean and sharp looking, no dead pixels that i can see anyway and i was amazed at how much extra page i can see now and i had a viewsonic 19" before this. graphics card is fine.

do i really need to install the software that came with it?

teb, the cable slot cover is sort of rubbery plastic and you can prize it out with a screwdriver giving just enough space for the cable to slot in - start at one end and gradually work along. No need to take the whole cover off. :)

    4. Distance Selling Regulations
The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to goods purchased from IT247.com.
This is because IT247.com only sells to business customers and each of our
Customers has certified to us, at the time of purchase, that they are purchasing the
goods in the course of business (and therefore not as a consumer).

That can't be right. I rang them about this monitor. They asked if I was a business or home user. I replied homer user. So they said "can you please order from our web site then, rather than over the phone".

So that's what I did. It arrived today. Gorgeous.
