I am afraid I don't seem to have received your email. Did you include WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject?
You should have received an auto-response email with a reference number on it. If you could let me know the reference, I will be able to find it.
For anyone having signal issues, as you can imagine with mobile technology we can't always guarantee a 100% fault free service. We do offer a device called Sure Signal to combat this though. It uses your home broadband connection to give you fill 3G signal at your home.

Hi Heidi
You rang me on Monday. I have a seriously ill parent. The problem is still unresolved as I have no network coverage in my area. I can be contacted at home on our landline number but that isn't of use to me at this moment of time if I am out. This is now in it's 8th day with no sign of being resolved. I do not have any local shops where I could purchase a sim card for another network provider either - before anyone suggests that!0 -
Lara, just go to the website of any other provider and order a free PAYG sim
they normally send them out very quickly. Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0 -

Sorry Heidi but still no coverage and after 10 days without coverage and still being charged for my contract I think it is now time to act differently.0 -
