I noticed that there are no T & Cs on their website and that you need to contact them for the T& Cs. In addition there is no opt out clause relating to receiving marketing material from third parties and related companies. This probably means that one will get a deluge of junk mail as they are fishing for addresses etc. call me cynical but nothing is free in this world.0

I am DISGUSTED that Martin is recommending these. As a plumber, I can safely say these are as useless as a chocolate teapot!
People employ me to increase the pressure and flow of their showers!
Do not use these on an electric shower as you could seriously damage it. These do nothing more than bung up the the hose of your shower - in the same way dirt or scale would. Imagine your £1,000 deluxe power shower having to push all that water through a much smaller hole - do you think it's going to last very long!
You can only use this on a shower connected to your taps, but why bother, just turn the taps! (which funnily enough were invented to alter flow rate - doh!)0 -

I totally agree.0 -
As per "stphnstevey" post. We live in a very hard water area and I should it imagine that it would not take long for this to block up the device. Secondly quite often we get impurities in the form of a green gunge coming out our taps although Severn Trent say this is quite normal, howeve this gunge would also block up the device.
To reiterate the previous post why hasn't Martin tried it out before recommending it and why hasn't Martin commented on the fact that there are no T & Cs on the website or any opt out options. Surely this indicates lack of research before recommending a product. This casts serious doubt on all other recommendations made by Martin.0 -

I KNEW there must be a reason why I haven't rushed to order one of these! My subconscience must be a plumber!:D0 -
Am I being dim?
If I'm in the shower and washing my hair, and there's less water coming through, won't it just take longer to get the shampoo and conditioner out?0 -

I've ordered one for my lodger's shower and I'll see if I can surreptitiously install it without them knowing.
Chances are if they don't like it they'll just start taking more baths :rotfl:0 -

Well I managed to put up with one of these for a week but that is because I am virtually bald. The rest of the family just kept complaining that they were in the shower another 5 mins trying to wash their hair properly. So you are quite correct longer x less water = same water as before and worse pleasure.0 -

*puts on best Homer voice* Mmm, chocolate teapot...0 -
Prikka strips in the tub and shower tray would work better.0
