Off topic question (what is the topic anyway?) (sorry that wasn't the off topic question, its coming now honest:o)
How can I get 2 excel spreadsheets to show on my laptop at the same time? When I open 2 I have to toggle (is that the right word?) between them but I want to see them side by side. Anybody?
TIA
If you're using Windows (which I presume you are), minimise everything to the desktop either by clicking the "Show Desktop" icon or using the Window Key + M together.
Now click into each of the spreadsheets you want to have open. At the bottom of the screen in the task bar, right click into an empty space and you should see options for tiling windows. In Windows 7 it's called "Show windows side by side" or "Show windows stacked". In other versions I believe it's called "tile windows vertically" or "tile windows horizontally".0 -

But again thank you very much for the advice and I will definitely have a gander at the others you recommended too and topcash back...woop! love that site!
Fudge_cake try orbisinsurance.co.uk as well, used them a couple of times for DH's existing medical conditions when travelling to the States, slightly higher excess (Around £600) but def cheaper all round. Hope you find somewhere lovely for you and Mum

am currently on orange network...racoon 400 but got loyalty minutes and texts so have 800 mins 300 txt blackberry package and unlimited landlines for £25 per month (plus their increase but not had latest bill yet).
contract is about to end so will lose my loyalty stuff so will go back to normal racoon tariff unless I negotiate with orange for some more loyalty on renewal but last year they were useless at giving me the phone I wanted.
Decided to do a bit of groundword today so went into orange shop, P4U and carphone warehouse.....
Offers.....
orange said ring retentions as they couldnt do much.
Carphone warehouse offered blackberry 9900 (I prefer BB's) for £32.50 a month (500mins, unlimited texts, unlimited landlines, BB services)
P4U offered 9900 for the same or if I had the 9790 they would give me £100 for my old phone
I then popped into T-mobile (their network is shared now with orange so I thought it was worth giving them a try). firstly the guy couldnt do much but I then asked him to think outside the box and see if he could come up with something alittle different and he came up with this...........
500 mins, 250 texts, unlimited landline, unlimited internet (500mb i think that is) for £23 a month on an i-phone 3gs 8gb.
I'm not a big i-phone fan but never had one......but I'm open minded and money is tight and that 240 quid cheaper over the course of the contract.
I'm off out now but would appreciate any comments and thoughts anyone might have to help me out here.
Cheers peeps!!!
Are you looking for a new phone and a new contract ? I found e2save has been quite good in the past (online part of carphonewarehouse)I found some deals I had never seen on the o2 site. But if you are happy with your phone and just want to cut costs I would highly recoment giffgaff http://giffgaff.com/goodybags

Hi, I am using Excel 2007 so may be different for you but try this.
Go to VIEW, Arranged All, Tiled
I then see 2 x spreadsheets on the screen.0 -

Oh Nikkilala, I think I saw those today, were they in a box together or just loose on the shelf? Do they have a little rabbIt face on them?
Ive got some cheap battery operated ones from Wilkos with a little light that comes on when you grind, (obviously for seasoning in the dark:rotfl:) but the little bulb keeps falling out into my food, so really need a new pair!
...was it 63p each or for the pair? (not that Im a tight bum of course, just askin'!)
I saw what I thought were these salt/pepper one handed grinders in my extra along with all the other salt/pepper grinders. SEL was £8.25 each and scanned at that.Awaiting a new sig0 -

I'd totally forgotten you could do that! Shame I can't find how to do that off-hand in newer version of Office because Microshaft in their infinite wisdom decided to change everything that everyone knew how to do just for funsies. I was one of the testers for a large bank (and in effect beta testing for MS due to the size of the organisation) who had to figure out how to use Vista and Office. Not nice. Not nice at all but I'm sure MS were glad of the feedback :mad:0
