    Sorry all, I have skim-read and haven't taken much in, so (((hugs))) to all who are having a bad time due to illness/family illness/other troubles xx
    Nitrogen? you must have those new fangled top of the range tyres fitted if they take nitrogen.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    No you can get most tyres filled with nitrogen I believe, mine are my normal mid-range tyres but for £1 extra Kwik-Fit fill them with nitrogen instead of air then you get free refills for the life of the tyre - beltin'!!!!

    yes but they expensive- minimum of £10.99 per child and parties aren't that great. thinking of hiring a hall somewhere and getting an entertainer of some sort to come in

    Grrrrrr Rant Alert :(

    After hearing on the news this morning that Tax Credits are only going to be awarded for working over 24 hours a week I thought I'd get my act into gear and do something before April.

    I work 18 hours a week (have asked for more contracted hours but not heard back :(). I do mystery shopping as self employed so I thought I'd get my spreadsheet up to date, work out a rough number of hours I've done so far this year and see how many hours I would still need to do to make up the extra 6 average hours per week.

    So I've been going through bank statements, pay slips, web sites etc for the last 4 HOURS:( ............... computer crashed and I've lost the lot!:eek:

    I'll be starting again tonight but could someone please put regular reminders on here for me, something along the lines of "Mharzuk you are neither smart nor clever". Thanks:(
    Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

    After putting on 3 pairs of socks, 6 jumpers, 6 pairs of trousers, 5 woolly hats, 4 scarfs, 2 thick coats and a pair of boots, I waddled outside.

    Ten seconds later I was laying face down in the snow and I couldn't move.

    I'm always wary of using Kwik Fit after a couple of bad experiences:( There are also a lot of negative comments about Kwik Fit on other threads.

    So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

    :eek::eek::eek::eek::mad::mad::mad::mad: Oh noooo!! I did the same thing last week when I was typing up a report for my Mum about my Grandfather's Alzheimers. Do you have any auto-recover? I'm very sure you would have tried this already but luckily I managed to recover half of what I'd done which is much better than nothing! Good Luck mharzuk :A

    Nope auto-save hasn't kicked in grrrrr :(:(

    If HMRC would only accept Tesco trawling as a self employed profession I'd be sorted, I must do more than 24 hours a week doing that. I'd even happily pay tax on my profits, (after expenses of course ;))
