Do you know also, if you can download books onto the iPad if you've already downloaded them onto your kindle via amazon?

Kadison, as far as I'm aware, any device you have linked to your kindle account can share the books you download. At the minute I have my kindle, my mothers kindle , my iphone and DDs ipod touch all registered on mine and we all share the same titles (that I pay for:mad:) so Im pretty sure it would be the same for an ipad

Talking of the coupon thread, I was on there when they had that vote and voted to keep the chat and was very annoyed that they decided to split it anyway into the MOC only Thread and the Drivel Thread. The drivel thread is much like this one, but I don't have time to follow then both, so I keep up to date on the MOC thread to ensure I get the coupons and occassionally post there

So I follow this post fully, reading every single post (don't want to miss anything as I am not just here for the finds), lurk mostly on the MOC Thread and then have my Diary Thread on the DFW forum, and that suits me down to the ground, thank you very much :D

You need to be in as high a gear as possible, that way when you need to apply the power there is less chance of wheel spin.

Yeah let the clutch do the work, 2nd or 3rd gear harldy use any trottle. If you cant pull away in standing snow, lift the clutch up and down to rock the car and it'll make its own way out.

Im originaly from up north, now down here, Harrow/Watford way and i guarentee all i'll hear tomorrow morning are wheels spinning..:rotfl:

Snowing hard now, must be around 3-4 inches...may have Ts all to myself tomorrow...

Well i need my zzzz'z, see yez all tomorrow

    My personal favourite quote:
“Quite often I will hand over ten coupons at a time, and don’t have any qualms about that. I used to feel a bit nervous. But internet coupons have taken off in the last few years, and the assistants can now just scan them in at the checkout, which has taken away the stigma. If a voucher’s rejected, that’s fine – I won’t take the product if I can’t take it on offer.”

Now I don't know about anyone else but I've had more problems with internet coupons in the last month or so than I ever did before. My local no longer takes them even though I personally have never used them incorrectly (I did print them in B&W so I'm guessing the trout who set them aside when I went to her till, had an issue with them).

As for being "Britain’s most accomplished penny-pincher" I'd say most of us on here would stand a good chance but we'd do it legally and not buy things for the sake of it or complain about a cheese & tomato pizza having cheese & tomato on it!

I admit I wish my monthly shop was under £50 but I have a baby who still requires formula which costs a small fortune. That also impacts on my ability to go whoopsie hunting. Mind you, there's not many who can say they can kit out their house with essentials for next to nothing (glasses, mugs, crockery, phones, RSC pans). The only thing I'll say in this womans favour if that she didn't mention DTD but I'm sure she's gleened all the info she needs from these threads without contributing.

Spiraling mentioned how one of our local stores had an attempted lurkering for the RC cars last weekend. Instead of going in and buying one RC car, they tried to clear the shelf but the SA caught them out at the till. I try not to bleep where I eat but that is the same store that now has a problem with internet coupons.

Rant over. I'm off to bed

I still feel as though I'm 21, act it sometimes too. But in gay years, 18 is old, 21 is prehistoric, and 31, well, you might as well be dead in the eyes of the younger generation.:rotfl::rotfl:

Our gay friends have been a couple for 12 years which is a long time in the gay world, and are 48 and 50

I was in the pub last week and a girl turned round saying how old she felt....cos she was going to be 20 this year and no longer a teenager...I nearly cried! :rotfl:

Storage Wars sounds interesting - what channel is that on/when please 3Dogs? x

History Channel kerri - as are most of the others I mentioned

I remember when my niece moved down to live with us when she left school as there was no work for her up North and she got a job down here no problem, she was 16 and thought 30 was ancient ........... she turned 41 two weeks ago, is married with 2 kids ........... she doesn't think it's old anymore :D
