    Morning all!
It's cooooold out there! No snow though...

Just caught up, and had to smile at this!

Miss L, when you take on students, sign me up! ;)

...and some good news, DS2 is back to normal- actually acting like superman because of his steroids + antibiotics combo - but he can BREATHE again! whew!

Off to T's today to collect the £10 I turned in at CS before Christmas- been 6 weeks already! ...and hopefully get a Bob the Builder too :)

    Happy weekend! :T

Oh good luck with the £10 ...

I turned in £30 I found in the ATM on Christmas Eve to CS ... at first they just thanked me and took it off me ... but then I went back (remembering you had been told to wait 6 weeks etc) to ask what the next steps would be if it wasn't claimed. It was only then that they recorded it in a book and took my details (still didn't mention 6 weeks) and said they'd "let me know".

Anyway a few weeks ago while at the CS desk I enquired about it. SA looked it up ... and low and behold it had been claimed. No "thank-you" from "Dr xxx" (I read this upside down) nada!

Don't think I'll be doing that again ... cos anyone could have seen/heard me ... waited a minute or two and then "Oh ... I've just been to the ATM ..."
  • has anybody else's thanks button disappeared
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

Still now snow in Manchester !!!!!! Surprised it's not hit us yet we normally get a good show of it
    Still makes wombling easier ;-)
Hope we all have a good day xxx

I think it's supposed to hit us around 3pm ... brrr

Sorry for being a numpty but how does snow help wombling? Ah I think I've got it ... they don't get caught in the wind?

I didn't get out yesterday ... thanks to my head cold I fell asleep. I must go out today cos we need some essentials plus I have some nice JTDs burning a hole.

I handed in a wallet to the police with £270 in a few years back, I had a letter saying it had been claimed by so and so at so and so address but NO thank you off the person

I used a JTD voucher yesterday and the SA scribbled out the info along the bottom that you put into the price checker, I wondered if it was to stop wombling?

A few years ago I found some money in a wallet Ithought to myself if I had lost my wallet what chance of it being returned to me. So I kept the money and sent the wallet back to the owner anominesly
