I've only got a DD so I may be off the mark (:D) but if its a standing up thing I've heard putting a face on a ping pong ball and making it an aiming game works, and not just for little boys either ;)

This put a smile on my face :D;)

I have a pair like those, these are mine and they're incredible, they give me so much confidence when the ground is slippy!

I am the total opposite, I hate heels, flats are brilliant!

Thanks Kadison i was wondering if they ok. Could do with ordering a pair i only wear flats. Are the ones you quoted safe to wear in shops please ? I have read some are unsuitable.

I struggle to do the 4-5 daily loads as I work from 6am-6pm with one 20 min break

miss laid. i think you are entitled to much more break than that. you should check that out. i work from 6.30 to 4pm and get 2 half hour breaks.

i know times are tough but that is slavery:mad:

Not when you work from home 100% online, the 20 min break for working over 6 hrs has only recently come into force, before that we got nothing, I don't have a choice of work from home or work from the office as there is no "office" on the plus side I have never seen any of my bosses or work colleagues :)
