Maschio Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry 75Cl.

It could be worth double checking on this. It was showing online yesterday at £5.99 and it was priced this way in my local store.

However they've obviously had problems with this and it's now showing at £11.99 online. So obviously if it scans at this in store and there's an SEL for £5.99 then DTD would mean free wine.

Thought was worth checking, thanks Ed. Both my locals had £5.99 SELs, only checked the price in one and it scanned at that too. Anyone else had any luck.

Got O/H samsung galaxy Y yesterday, she was well pleased and hasn't put it down yet lol.

It is a great little phone but think she might be a bit peaved when she see's the lumia.

The cover is made from the same material used to make ice hockey helmets according to TM CS...haggled down the £35 to £25 month keeping same minutes and text with net booster for free :rotfl::rotfl:

Mr T..watch out am coming armed and phonegerous

My friend wanted to sell her Samsung galaxy and buy an I-phone. My OH asked why as the Samsung was a better phone, in fact one of the best on the market. Turned out the i-phone does not support Arabic :rotfl:

OH joked with my DS (7) that he was gonna swap my phone with a brick with numbers painted on it as I wouldn't notice the difference. Sad thing is he's right :rotfl: Mind you he swapped my rubbish HTC with a more recent model at Xmas and I have to say I am now a convert. We are able to merge our diary's and I can now keep track of OH and viced verser :T

Had a fairly big list to take to T's today thanks to posts on here but everything I scanned came up at SEL price. Also tried scanning some * items but no luck there. Did find a shelf full of Cadburys freaky fingers scanned at 1p:j. Took 14 pks but left at least 30 more on shelf & a whole box full on top shelf unopened if anyone wants them (Y**K) couldn't believe these had SEL £1.89. Told a woman in there who had a little boy with her. She looked at the packet then put it back & walked off. You can't help some people!

:rotfl: People are crazy I tell you!!!

I think I big part of it is trust, she might have thought you were mad (no offends) I told someone to buy another packet of OEP, he only picked up two. He said No thanks:mad: this was during the Glitch!

I finally got someone to pick up three old el paso guacamole :T as he was picking up a different brand. I told him to pick up three and to trust me as I pointed to my trolley full of OEP:o He trusted me:T

Its freezing today but weirdly there wasnt any frost this morning! Anyway kept myself warm by using my sons scooter to ride home from school, got a few strange looks, but it was fun!

Now then, it's quite acceptable for parents to have fun too! So you did just the right thing!

A little bargain I found in Tesco yesterday!:)

    003.jpg

A magnetic salt and pepper grinder set.
    Was £7, RTC 63p:D

These look lovely, and I know I've seen some in the past, just wonder where?! lol
Something that I have noticed and been annoyed with these last 2 weeks especially in one specific store, people are filling up their trollies with reduced stuff at about 6:45pm then have a wander around the store and bingo the guy with the reduction gun is back and they empty their trolley and get him to reduce their stuff again, some even have the brass balls to show him to their trolley so the stuff doesn't even move. I got fed up with it the night that I went and complained at CS, was told this wasn't allowed and she would speak to the relevant team leaders.

Let's at least all get a fair chance at the reductions, I say.

I quite agree, hate to see peeps "bagsying" them for reductions later!

Have had very lean pickings so far this week, wonder if T's have got their stock control under control now Christmas/party season is over :(
The mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open

Do you have a scanner in you local? Last time I got some wine on Dtd, I took one of each bottle that was showing an OOD SEL to the scanner and checked, only 1 (out of 8) gave a pos. DTD. I only took 2 bottles of that wine as I did not want to raise suspicion (it's up to you what you feel comfortable with though) HTH.

It's not that nice TBH!!! Quite small...you'd have to save 20p's!!
There's no scanner in that store and I had to take it to the CS for a price check.
When the CA brought the prices up i saw her turn to her colleague and murmer something...."Aye aye" I thought, she's going to try and nab this for herself so I piped up " I can tell from your face that it is the price i thought it was....Lovely!!"
The 2nd CA asked if there were anymore because apparently a pregnant lady had cleared the whole store of all this type of thing a week or so ago.....

Now, I know of the three regulars who visit the Plymouth stores and none of us are preggers as far as I know.....so I think we've been lurkered there girls!!

The 2nd SA took half of the keyrings (we had 4 each) but gave me the thumbs up....so I've got a mate there if I want to check prices again!!
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.
