Don't worry, it was never a dead cert and we all have fun checking and letting each other know how we get on.

I must admit I felt the same though a few weeks back - I tried to help somebody on here and got it thrown back in my face - it knocks you back a bit especially if, like me, you suffer with low self esteem.

It has really helped me being on here and reading about everyone's lives and I'd really like to thank everyone for sharing. This morning I finally plucked up the courage to go to the doctors and I've been diagnosed with depression. I've known I've had it for years but only just had the courage to get some help

baby meerkat is here, arrived yesterday morning. mummy meerkat was on the forum 5hours later!!!

happychappy was a grumpy chappy yesterday as he was woken up at 9am by some woman from grampian housign. and that put him in a bad mood all day.
