  • Just a tip for the dedicated Tesco whoopsiers !! There is a £1.00 coupon in the current tesco magazine for Tescos Live Eat Enjoy range (at the door of many stores - the one with the carol vorderman interview.....)

Yesterday I bought 3 paellas and 2 cod meals reduced to 30p each and used 5 vouchers which went through giving me 5 free meals and £3.50 off the cost of the rest of my shopping. Bargain :j!!!

Even better I tasted the paella for lunch today and although I'm not a I'm not a big fan of ready meals it tasted like real food IYKWIM. Just need bit of extra seasoning !!!

    Good afternoon fellow MSEers.

Had a fruitful trip to Mr S & Mr T today.

Popped by Mr S as it was en route to Mr T and someone had kindly left a brand match voucher worth £1.27 which I happily liberated.

At Mr T's I found one solitary Lindt Bell at 1p, 1 bag of choccy coins for 1p, 2 bags of mixed Lindt truffle balls at 1p each, another 3 packs of McVitie's Temptations at 10p each, and a nice little DTD on 4 packs of the JML Toasta Bags (Clip strip - £1.75, charged - £3.99 each).

While I was at the CS desk I saw a lady getting a nice DTD on a box of Gordon Ramsay tableware (I think that's what it was). The assistant had a large sign saying 'Gordon Ramsay 'Maze' - £25' and I saw the assistant give her about £60 DTD. Hope that helps someone.

Just posted this on the 1p thread:

Burgundy 4 x table napkins, 100% cotton. Found these in the homeware in a normal superstore (near the table mats). bar code ends 6690. Has Tesco 2010 underneath the bar code. There is a creamy/white colour and these are still scanning at full price.

I was actually looking for the table covers posted on here last night (without success). I did scan a plain cream coloured table cover (sorry didnt get barcode as I didnt have glasses with me). SEL said £9 but it scanned at £2 so this is one to watch

I know you all like a cat pic so here are my babies - Ginger Brian and Woo.
They were rescued from an RSPCA overspill house as they originally came from a house in Liverpool where she had about 50 cats! We got them at about 12 weeks old. They both had broken tails, cat flu and eye infections and Brian has no teeth! The RSPCA didnt want them in the main cattery as they were so infectious. We were told when we took them that as they were so poorly they might not last the week.
Well they are 6 years old this year!

Just looked for the post you mentioned, and you're right in thinking it has been removed....I can recall reading it but have no idea why it has gone as nothing in there to offend.
