did you find your phone yet hun?YNWA JFT96 :A0 -
I rang HO about 1p items to clarify the policy and the unhelpful trout on the phone said it was upto managers discretion and they could refuse sale. I feel a general email to HO coming on, anyone already done this? I think with your situation were the Lindt thingies glitching a 1p or wasn't old Xmas stok? If they are glitching I guess they could refuse sale? My local extra now check my shopping for 1p items!!!! after they refused to sell me a few Harry hills nuts
Oops sorry Morning all!
Parked my car in my town centre T's carpàrk on my way into town
Couldn't resist having a nosey down the offers aisle before I left
3 managers having a meeting in the middle of the store
As I walked past heard one of them say " so and so"
They all suddenly turn around and start following me:eek::eek::eek:
I felt soooo embarrassed and intimidated I had a quick look at the clearance shelf (with them all staring at me) then I quickly left the store
Be of them followed me down the aisle and stood and watched me out (I had a quick look as I left)
Am I paranoid? Is this allowed????? They have followed me in there before but I have not shopped in this store for over 6 weeks (last time was the OEP fiasco):mad::mad::mad:
We need to have an MSE meet at that store so we can follow them as they follow you0 -

Re the swearing debate and covering it up. When I was little in the 70s I had quite a bad swearing habit (and I'm no better now). My Mam hit on the genius idea of ignoring when I said a bad word but making a huge fuss when I said a couple of words that she told me were swear words and I must never use..... for all you 70s kids out there you will remember these products well - Dentinox & Copydex. I used to run around shouting that Mam was an old Copydex and I would get a "real" row for it. When I got a reaction at those words I stopped using proper swearwords as they weren't shocking.
So if you see me saying that I was trouted by a Dentinoxing Copydex of a SA you'll know what I mean! :rotfl:Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000

I often make myself some of those when O/H has oven chips, I peel then cut into chunky chips pop into boiling water for 2-3 mins, drain and pat dry then pop them into a poly bag with a tablespoon of oil and a few herbs place on a baking tray top of a hot oven for around 20 mins0 -
Bad day for me
My Grandfather is getting worse with his Alzheimers and today has been horrendous. My Grandmother had to defend herself against him and ended up with a severely cut hand so my poor Mum's had to go and stay with them again, thankfully though she hasn't been too ill herself today and my Aunty has been helping out too. Still very difficult though, we know he'll detest being in a home and it's a surefire way to finish him off but it can't continue like this so it's an option we shall have to explore

Fudgecake - sorry about your grandfather. Hugs to you and your mum.
Coreysnan - Congratulations on your news. You'll have to be Coreysnan +2.
Celebrate - That is awful, and very intimidating. I think a complaint to head office is in order.0
