Hi Jayk,

Are you feeling a little better yet?
I know you'll be worried until it's sorted and you've spoken to the OR, but I hope you're not as anxious now and you're getting some sleep.

Don't forget to have a break from the paperwork otherwise you'll go round in circles, put a good film on the telly or have a read or a walk if you can.
There'll be lots of us with you in spirit on tuesday so walk tall and imagine we're standing around you -then we'll all go for a strong one in the pub with you after - bottoms up!!:beer: xx

Thanks Flo yes felling calmer now had a few more questions but thanks to everyone who replied I have got my head round it. Have now done all the forms and going to go for a long walk tomorrow whatever the weather. Then relax and switch of a bit hopefully until Tuesday.

Hope you are okay we are both nearly there now. Will bear in mind your words on Tuesday same is returned for you on Wednesday.

It is just so much easier sharing with others. I am feeling stronger by facing up to it all instead of hiding it all away. At least this year I can find more peace in my life. Wont have much to manage on but that's not a bad thing will remind me of the true value of money.

I'm so glad you're feeling better, I've just about finished my forms now too - just need to tweak one or two bits and then let the CAB have a look on Tuesday - so I may be a bit late getting back to you to see how you got on - I'll still be there in spirit with you though!

It does make you feel a bit better getting them out of the way doesn't it

Have a lovely weekend, that shiny door is opening for you now and on Tuesday you'll walk right through it!

Have been for long walk today- freezing but do feel better. All paperwork into a folder now ready with fees, at last all done. Struggled with the reasons but in end told it exactly how it is, what had happened and when started to go wrong gave dates. When OR phones will just be honest and answer whatever they ask. I cant do anymore. Glad you are nearly done with yours. Try and relax a bit as well. Just googles directions how to get to court will se off early as last thing I need is to be late or we cant park. Daughter coming with me for support. She made me laugh and said oh we could go shopping after. What with!!!! LOL.

It's pouring down here, cats and elephants, so I've hunkered down in front of the fire and started organising my move from the house, can't believe how much c%*p I've collected in the garage over the years so have been looking for v. v. cheap rubbish removal...must get motivated!

Have a great sunday - lie-in, loads of roasties and put a good old b&w movie on, take your mind off stuff.

Suddenly gone into a blind panic, all forms done etc ready for Tuesday. No really worrying they may say no to my BR.

Because:-

Used on line gambling site ( slots) used money current account, wages not credit
Not good with managing money
Paid a couple of creditors 2011
Prior to 2011 was making DMP payments and before2009 was making full payments.

Now on ESA cont based with rent and c tax paid. Have always worked, not working now since Oct 2011- redundancy- yes wasted that money.

Dont know what I will do if they say no
