Hi Rik, ive downloaded it and run it, it scrolled through lots of data then dissappeared off screen, cant find in c drive,

Its in the DOWNLOADS folder
Either find the downloads folder or use firefox (if you havnt got firefox, install that first - cant recall if you have or not)

use firefox to download comodo
RIGHT CLICK on the download box with avira in and select 'open containing folder'

If it does nothing again, uninstall the Avira version you have now and run the install again

Hi Rik, i'm back on line we had the modem changed, do i go back to post 48 now to sort anti virus out?
