    ive done about 200 deals on ebay. and 3 negatives.
    one was an 8 quid cheque i sent and never got the item. the seller left me neg feedback! cause i argued with him about non delivery. he was banned just after that.
    another one was from a chap who didnt understand what no warranty meant!
    and the last one was from a chap who bought a sofa off me and i lost the cushions in the meantime. (i stopped him leaving his home to come and collect it) i offered to replace them within a few days/a week.
    he left me neg feedback 2 days later!

    all 3 peeps were simple numptys.

    so 98% feedback is not a bad thing. you need to make a judgement on ratings.

    and yes paypal is crap. not good protection for seller nor buyer. the 15 quid admin charge makes small payments protection worthless.
    plus all the silly rules and regs.
    Get some gorm.
