Bank Charge Reclaiming: What to do if you're overdrawn discussion thread

Hello - looking through all this info i can't seem to find anything in ref to reclaiming bank charges when you have a loan with the bank(Natwest)? i have reclaimed near on £2000 (and am still waiting) and have an overdraft of £550 - which could be cleared with the charges if i get them back, the only thing is i have a seperate loan with them for £5500 (i am 2 years into the loan have never missed a payment etc but obviously my account has not been perfect hence the charges etc... although i have not had any charges for almost a year) - can they demand this amount back immediatley??. getting a bit worried now looking at all the info on here and was quite confident before as i thought the worse they could do was say no i can;t have the money back!
if there is a discussion thread on here in ref to this please can some one point me in the right direction?0 -
