I think the CERN/E-CAT testing connection doesn't really exist and probably just came from a loose association between E-CAT and LENR. But what is different is that CERN is discussing LENR at all - which it wouldn't have done not all that long ago. You can hardly blame the LENR lot for flagging it up. The subject has been derided for years and now it's being discussed at the leading World organisation for nuclear research. If I were a LENR researcher I 'd probably raise an eyebrow myself. I understand the general work at CERN is on a different level but to hold a high level discussion on LENR and not even mention one of the hottest LENR subjects at the moment - the E-Cat - wouldn't make CERN look any cleverer, would it?
