It seems it took a while for payment to reach them though. They have it in their system that I paid on 06/03 and my online banking says I paid on 29/02, need to remember this when I'm paying my bill.
At least it's sorted & I can start getting some green dots on my credit file.
This might be a strange idea, but maybe it was a leap year bug with their computers? Since you paid on the 29th and it caused some strange problem which meant that the confirmation email wasn't sent and it took almost a week to receive? I definitely got my confirmation email within an hour and that was a month ago.0 -
hi im new to this but reading it for a few days now. glad to see its sorted and you get your card soon.i got 1 of these in jan paid deposit thurs got pin sat and card arrived the fri after so hope this give u a idea of how long it will take. i too am trying to build up my score after a numpty of a ex husband made it so i couldnt even borrow a pen.applyed to jd.williams n got £125 limit and simply be got £150limit not the best of cataloges but all helps wen tryin to get them green dots still waiting to hear from vanquis got a phone call last fi asking for dd details so they could take min payments n its now being processed dont know if that means i bin accepted or not will just wait and see. as reg capitol 0ne payments i made 1 on a sat morn n it had cleared on account by mon.0

My pin turned up in today's post, so it looks like all is well
