I was in Tesco today and they had Ambrosia real Devon Cream in cartons - it was UHT so not refrigerated.

Yeuch! I found some today. It's a fake made with all the usual non-dairy rubbish.

In a sensible country the manufacturers would be prohibited from passing-off an imitation under the name 'Devon Dream'

Do Tesco or Morrisons sell a long life double cream that can be whipped? I need to take some to France. It is impossible to find fresh double cream there

Elmlea? Unless you're another who doesn't like it
