My DH used to argue with me constantly about kitchen appliances for presents 'its a gift for the kitchen NOT you!' that was until after much huffing and moaning on his part he finally bought me a George Forman Grill and saw my face light up :j Its been used at least twice a week since he bought it 6 years ago, he decided in the end I was just a bit strange and that made me exampt from the 'its not a real gift' rule :rotfl:. Im wondering if hes going to try and pull a fast one and make this my birthday present . . . though I paid for it . . . wont stop him trying though :rotfl:SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -

Hi Little K :hello:and well done jakes-mum on your meat slicer purchase. I have used mine just once since I bought it last week and can't wait to be able to use it again. Have vacuum sealed all my gammon (with my new vacuum sealer) and is now resting lovely in the freezer, so here's hoping that my two purchases from 3P will save me loads more money.
Fooziebear - I too bought 3 candles from Clint*ns at half price:D, but am thinking of using it as a 2P purchase and putting the profit in my 3P as I would have bought them at full price anyway - so thanks for that, as didn't think of it before now:T:TWhen you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Well I've completed my first full month of SP-ing and I would say its been a fabulous success! I'm definitely never going back to "normal" shopping again :j
Just put this months budget into SP and updated my spreadsheets and have changed my siggy with the figures.
I'm running 2 spreadsheets, one with the stock cupboard value and one with SP transactions and balance, does anyone have an "all in one" spreadsheet they can share? I do everything on the iPad so not an excel one just to be extra fussy! Thanks!MFW £190,450/£141,1400 -

Yes that was my thinking too. Bought them in a Clint*ns when I was away in Durham last weekend, so might just pop into the local one this weekend and see if I can get some more :T:T:TWhen you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Jakes Mum -I'm the same, I love kitchen gadgets and would much rather have a gift that I will love and use. When oh and I were dating I asked for, and he bought me 2 skk titanium pans, my friends advised me to dump him (what sort of gift was that?) but I knew he was a keeper - roll on 14 years - here we still are - still have the pans and happier than ever - and my friends ? who knows? My trusted panny is on its last legs and its my birthday coming up. I suggested to my Mum she may want to make a financial contribution towards it (no way!!!) so I'll end up with an unwanted gift (my mum is spectacularly rubbish at buying presents - once bought my oh a skirt hanger - i kid you not!!!) - hope oh will come good !!!I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0
