Ok, I've decided I'll do a stock-check at the end of each month as I only get confused otherwise :) So I've just paid my second purse £65.06 for goods used last month. This includes having bought back the e-readers at full price and having paid back myself for the money lent to the 2nd purse to buy goods with in the first place :)

AF order should arrive tomorrow, along with my new shelves :D can't remember if I mentioned that I'd ordered a heavy duty 5 tier set, as well as another lightweight 5 tier set :)
Hmm.... so what offers can I find for my £65.06 I wonder. More to the point, what on earth am I going to buy when I go food shopping as I'll have it all here except for veg :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: such an awesome system :D thanks again Mothership

Excellent idea Kerri - think I will do the same and help me to stop confusing myself too :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Maybe you could put some of that £65.06 into your third purse if you have most of the stuff you need in stock?;)

Good evening everyone, I know i dont post much but I do love reading everybody's posts.

I want to thank everyone for all your input and fab info, I would say I have followed it about 95% with the odd slip up :rotfl: I will try for 96% next month and so on lol

Its made me so much more conscious and careful with my shopping, Im loving seeing my stash grow and thinking of ways to build it up and what to put in, and mostly how it can help me save and make money.

One thing I have done to save money is - I usually buy the flash all purpose trigger spray and i had some money off vouchers to use on it but then realised that i could use these instead on the larger non trigger flash, which needs diluting to use. So I got 2 of the 1.4ltr bottles for £3 and each time my trigger bottle gets empty i put 1.5 capfuls of the flash in and fill with water. I still get my trigger spray and it works just as well and every time I fill it I put 50p in my P2 which is much less than it usually costs to replace. I should be able to fill my bottle 28 times at 50ml a time from each bottle so for a cost of £3 will be putting £28 in P2. Im not great at explaining things and never quick about it lol, so hope this makes sense.

Well done everyone for doing so well and those struggling keep it up it is definately worth it.

Ive got about £110 worth of stock and £35.67 in P2 (and lots of vouchers to use from ssm) :j:j:j

    Hello Everyone

I haven't been around for a few days as my darling dad died suddenly on Sunday and we're all in shock, my mum needing lots of support. I'll have to update my 2nd purse figures another time but a bonus of the 2nd purse for me has been that I haven't had to go rushing to the shops for things, I've been able to buy them from my 2nd purse and spend my time on what is important, being with my family.

So sorry to hear about your dad Ess-six. My dad died suddenly 12 years this year and know how hard it is dealing with the sudden death of a very much loved dad. Sending you and your family lots of hugs

Ess-six Please accept my condolences, big hugs.

Kerri You are in a good place now, dont be in a hurry to spend, you have a good stock. Eat as much of it as you can and build your purse. It wont be long till you reach your £100 float and the money starts to flow into the 3rd Purse.

You are all doing so well.

My OH is starting to 'see' the benefits of my system now. He's come into the shops with me the last few weeks. And saw how little I spent, I made him put loads of things back he thought we needed, as we already 'have ' them. And last night I showed him my diary, all our meat organised for months to come. He likes DR meat and said he has been enjoying his dinners, thats great coming from him. He now knows I'm saving for a bigger fridge freezer, hes told me repeatedly that I dont need one, he knows now that I do,

Ess-six, so sorry to hear about your Dad, my thoughts are with you at this sad time. My Dad died suddenly - at work- a few years ago and It was awful - not that its ever easy, even if you are expecting it obviously. Glad the "purse" is helping you be able to spend more time with your family.
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!
