kerri_dfw I actually think Mrs Moneypenny made herself look stupid to us SPer's :rotfl: She doesn't know what real bulk buying is....but thankfully that means she hasn't compromised our safety by passing it on to the world.
- Yes I know I recently said I wanted to shout about it from the rooftops, but not if it becomes so popular that we can't beat the SM's anymore0 -
sorry just a little self indulgent post - this blummin thing is like magic! I put in £20 quid, I have £8 and a cupboard full of stuff!!People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

Mothership, I emailed DR asking about the referral and saying that you should get your gift as you referred me, waiting to hear back
I need to do a stock check to find out what I currently have and what I have remaining. We somehow managed to get through 2 loo rolls in 2 days in this household of 4 of us, I'm confused by that!
Thanks for the Cushelle bargain, I'll trundle off to mr L at the weekend
Ooh and I ordered 2 more shelving units today, one heavy duty for the big items, and one lightweight like the other one I haveMy bedroom is going to look really funny soon.

Thanks rachbc, I know the one at Thornhill so if it's a different one, I would be pleased to hear about it, thanks0 -
I think Mrs moneypenny tries bless her but the concept of money saving can be a bit difficult to explain in such a short programme you would need a alot of time to explain the second purse challenge that's for sure lol.
So my AF order is expected tomorrow (hurray!) a few items out of stock, nothing to detrimental except the fruit for dd but the £ shop sell them the same price, I just hate going in there with a passion, aisles wide enough to get a tractor through and people still take up a whole aisle, little old ladies ruthlessly barging you down and queues longer than the post office all to save a £ here or there, no ta!
Also did a Mr T shop earlier, using coupons, and 2 meal deal JTD sooo, mainly bought meat and the two meal deals. I expect to get £7.50 back if I have done my maths right, (damn I just seen I was overcharged for the chicken grrr but hopefully £6 dtd back) will be totalled at £12.44 for 2 medium chickens (should have been two for £7), pork shoulder, two packs of sausages (12 per pack half price), two steaks, 2 meal deals, cadbury chocolate bubbly bar and 1lt just milk. Will be collaring Mr T for the overcharge tomorrow and possibly buying more if I can find some vouchers. Will price it up later for the shop and charge hubs for dinner tonight £2 or something.
Also ordered with M&M but instead of toilet rolls we bought four lots of cheese as it's half price and we get through loads and half price butter, we still have loads of toilet rolls from the rainforest offer you see. Also have the cream eggs too. Will price thee when they arrive.
Feels weird being so organised lol.Comping wishlist for 2017

LOL I was shouting at the TV last night. That's not bulk-buying, it's just buying a bigger box from the supermarket!!! But I suppose they have to appeal to a wider audience - I don't think that many people would want to do what we do. It makes perfect sense to me, but most of my friends don't think it's 'worth' doing what I do... even when I tell them how much I'm saving!!! People are strange.0 -
My OH just laughed at the entire programme, he's not seen it before today. I think had he not had me explain things to him he'd just think the idea of saving is weird. He's fully on board with SP now, but says I can look after the house purse when we live together as I'm apparently "really good with money" :rotfl:when did that happen??? He has been loving the museli though.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Welcome Shaz
. Please don't be worried about asking any questions, I have been doing the 2nd purse for about 3 weeks now and still am trying to get to grips with it - all I know is that in that time I had £56 profit (which has now been ploughed back into Munnimart) so it works!:rotfl: The lovely peeps :Aon here have been very patient with me, and I am still asking questions:eek:
Mothership - wondered where you have been lately, missed yer:(. Hope you get back up and running soon;)
Savvy - what is M&M please? Is this another online shop I haven't yet heard about?
Had a response back from Donald Russell re the 20% offer and like Fozzie said earlier, it was because the 20% off is only on full priced items. Told them that their welcome letter was misleading as it didn't actually state that, and the lady did mention that they were looking at changing the wording as had had quite a few phone calls regarding this. So have ordered for next month and used Mothership's code (thank you) and remembered to go through Quidco too;)When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying!:rotfl:
