My third purse is building nicely and I have a fairly nice stockpile of groceries and goods to keep us going for a bit. Think my main aim at the moment is to stay out of the SMs. Can't resist a good bargain though.

hahahahahah I sooo didn't realise that there were 2 sachets per pack! I've just goggled and each sachet is 100g, so that's 2 sachets for each box, 12 sachets for each case...and I've got 12 cases!!!! Oh my what a lot of cous cous! 144 sachets hahahahahaha that's lunch sorted for most of the year. How funny. I'm so glad I ordered two different flavours.

I have ordered the couscous twice now and on the last order they sent it twice and very kindly told me I could keep it! So I have masses of it too lol. At least it doesn't weigh too much, or even take up too much room. I like the lemon one too, sometimes I spike it with a little chilli or black pepper, use it to top fish or meat, mix it with roasted veg... it's very versatile

Well, it's payday so £10 more into the 2nd purse and also we've been using stuff from Stock-a-lot Stores and 1st purse has now paid its debts to 2nd purse so it's looking very healthy with £20.12 plus £39.00 of stock :j. So now I can get even more stock!

Btw Mr S has Seriously Strong Cheddar 400g £4.48 on BOGOF.

Sorry I have been MIA these last few days, I seem to not getting emails anymore :mad:

Had to buy a cheap motor at the weekend, leave a man to do a job!!!!! It has taken him 3 weeks to realise that we didn't have enough money for what he wanted and then I had to put my foot down and sort it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

My 2nd purse is broke, I am at £100 but I owe it so much, mainly due to car purchase but I will have only spent £50 only in the supers for these 2 weeks.....................thank god for 2nd purse :T:T It has meant I can raid my stash and rack up a debt to me but it has meant I was able to pay my bills :j

My second purse only has £13 in it, but I don't need to buy anything apart from fruit, veg, milk and bread for weeks!

I've got £80ish left from my grocery budget for the month, and am aiming to have £30 of this left at the end of the month which will go directly into the second purse for further stockpiling.

My ceiling amount in the second purse will be £50 as there are only two of us (plus cats) and there isn't that much storage space in our flat for bulky items. Hitting £50 will mean that I know I have enough for a bulk catfood order when the time comes too

I had mine in about 3 days. Am well impressed with their delivery system too. You should get an email the day before stating that delivery will be the following day and then on the morning of the date, you will get an email giving you an hour time slot and a text also. If it is not convenient you just reply stating the day you wish it to be delivered. HTH
