  • I queried this with them and they said:-

*Thank you very much for contacting Donald Russell.

I can confirm that the promotional code enq102 is only valid on full price items. This offer cannot be used with any other offers so this is why it will not allow you to have the 20% discount*

    HTH

Thanks for that Fozzie. Have contacted them too (before I came on here:o) and someone is getting back to me, so expect that's what they'll say. It doesn't state that in my welcome letter though so might just point that out to them :). I know why Mothership's code didn't work too as when I put it in, I put it in CAPITAL LETTERS and it needs to go in in lower case.

Have a couple of days too before Quidco offer runs out (does anyone know what the usual % off is when going through Quidco?) so if they don't honour the 20% discount will then use Mothership's code (thank you very much for that btw:T) and put in order for next month :j

My mum will see my order first as she'll be there to receive it for me so I'll not get to appreciate the lovely packaging this time around before it goes in the freezer :( I'll have to ask her to send me a picture :rotfl:

Eddi - my delivery came 10 mins after I left for work and stayed in box all day out the back - was really worried that stuff would have defrosted by the time I got home that night (around 5pm), but nope, everything was still frozen solid. Just thought I'd let you know in case you REALLY want to open the box of delights and see it for yourself :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

  • Is there anyway to have the vouchers sent out? My local Mr T does not accept printed vouchers after one individual abused the dtd voucher system last year. Is it possible to get these vouchers sent out, or does Mr S accept printed vouchers?

I don't think they can be sent to you. They are a "safe coupon" and have your name printed on it and say they are the property of T*sco Stores Ltd so would they accept it then? It may be worth asking at customer services.

Are there any other Mr T stores in your area you could go to with the vouchers. I have the choice of FIVE big Mr T's in my area, so maybe worth a thought. It seems a bit unfair that everyone is being penalised because of one person's selfish actions doesn't it? :(

  • My 2nd DR order arrived today - only JUST managed to fit it in freezer! ;)

The good is that I got my free mince and diced steak for referring our lovely FF!

Unfortunately, they forgot my free sausage rolls , but were very polite and helpful about it. They will send them with my next order (if there is one).

Have to say, it wasn't beautifully presented like the 1st order.....it was just all mixed in together (3 seperate item codes of mixed things) so I had to check everything one by one to make sure it was all there and it was, well, except for me sausage rolls I was going to have for tea :rotfl:

Of course the packaging has no bearing on whether it is good meat, but I must admit to being a little disappointed it didnt look so pretty :o

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

  • Great order Kerri, someone mentioned that the cous cose are double packs so that makes it 144 sachets of cous cous! We ordered 3 of each cases but we enjoy Ainsleys cous cous so no worries getting through 70 odd packs lol.

I spoke to Tesco head office who were very vague about their policy, from what I gather Tesco policy is to take any voucher as long as the terms are met and the correct product bought. Thye have assured me that they have spoken to the store in regards to one specific coupon but not printed vouchers in general. Will give it a try, the worst they can say is no.

Out of curiosity any idea when my Af order will be despatched or arrive? I ordered Thursday and my order is at the Received stage and I have no idea when we should expect it, and no idea if I now need to go shopping for the bits that I thought would be here now? Maybe I am so impatient as I want to make another order but a little reluctant as there is no sign of a despatch yet. Maybe someone who has received their order could advise?
