Just enjoying a Tuna Crunch baguette from Aldi, lovely. They also now have lunch bowls for £1.49, chicken & bacon, cheese pasta, chicken and mango and potato salad. Bought one of each as they looked nice and use by dates of 27th.

Someone needs to contact a Mod.

Maybe it should be put somewhere else, so it doesn't have an "expired" button?

Why not just access it from your subscribed threads? That's how I access all threads I want to follow or reply to. I very rarely look at individual forums unless I'm searching for something relevant.

I use the subscribed threads link too. I didn't even notice it was in the Gone off section.
Probably disgruntled staff from one of the big five stores reporting it as expired, because 90% of the reviews here are positive, leading to more sales for Aldi and Lidl.
I suspect that most Aldi stores will have sold out of the eye gel that's on Specialbuy at the moment. It came on offer 10 am Sunday, I was in the store at 2 pm and got one of the last two jars.
I also stocked up on their hydro-urea foot cream - I got this last summer and it's brilliant. I bought three tubes, it's so pleasant to use and gives such good results.

Its more likely that the wrong button is accidently hit when responding to posts.....although after the Tesco headline from this morning, you may have a point! ;)

I tried the Aldi mini Camembert this week (Black Pepper flavour). This is the flat, round one, not the wedge-shaped ones.

It's nice to see an unusual product like this, but the flavour overall was too weak, and the product is too small to be good VFM (by Aldi standards)

I buy £ 1.99 olive oils from both stores. I prefer the taste of Aldi's but absolutely hate the plastic bottle. I now refill a Lidl glass bottle with Aldi's oil, lol.
