li'l-p did you complain to Aldi about the fishcakes?
I do my big shop at Aldi and top up at other shops in the village. A few months ago I had a jar of Bockwurst which went off the day after being opened. I mentioned it to the Manager and he said I could have a refund or another jar. I've also taken back satsumas that had some that went mouldy within a few days and they were replaced. Their return policy is for all goods not just their special offers.
I also found that I wasn't treated with 'that look' you get from Customer service staff in some of the large supermarkets if you deem to complain.0 -
