Has anyone got any spare batteries??
I think mine are flat!
I need 12 AAA and 2 of those stupid square ones that make your tongue zingy when you lick them.. I have absolutely no motivation today, might ahve something to do with the 14 times I was up during the night, dosing children, slapping husbands for snorting and coughing, stopping boys from screaming and wrapping them back up again, puting pink creatures back in their own bed then being kicked by them when they were in my bed, making midnight bottles and juices and wiping noses that were sticking to the bed sheets, I even got to change a nappy in the middle of the night last night!! .. for the 3rd night running!!!!!

Got batteries, where do you need them inserting :rotfl: ?
How about a swift kick instead *punts pigpen*I think I need one too, stop distracting me. I have a huge mess of lentils to clean up when I can motivate myself to do so (knocked them flying by accident and lid was loose)
One day I might be more organised...........

Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
I knocked over a small bowl of french onion soup this morning. AFTER I had completely cleaned the kitchen. It went over the side, down the fronts of two cupboards and under the microwave. It was only about a quarter of a pint (probably less) but it spread for miles and everything stank of onions.
But I kept calm........
Got a headache now though. Probably repressed rage.0 -
Anywhere you think they'll fit should do it!!
A kick start might help too.
Oh these sodding children.. they have done nothing but scream ALL day one after the other. Shorty is banished to bed because I got so fed up of her wailing, unfortunately I can't do that with the others.
I just had a thought.. clothes, socks shoes and coats then fling them outside might be the next option!!! They won't get any dirtier in the mud than in the soot in the house!

Hello again
So far, so good - managed to get the bathroom and toilets done (including the cups that hold the toothbrushes!!!) the cooker is clean, DW done, BM on.
Still need to do my favourite job (under the kitchen table) and wipe the units down - but having my 15 minute break first!!!
Decided to change the days i do the living room (to tie in with moggins flylady plan) so i did an extra dust at the weekend, so dont need to do that today now - but will whip the hoover around once all the LOs have gone.
Right, going to have a browse before i tackle that table!!!!!0 -

I have made a 'snowball' excel spreadsheet to pay off my debts if that counts as 'doing something' ??? I have never used excel before but am determined to learn.. it can't be that hard DH uses it all the time.. so it has probably taken me 10 times longer than it would take anyone competant but it is done and I should have all my debts paid off by April next year!!! All going well and according to plan!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

Took DH lunch in bed
Watched Mary Poppins (half of it disk scratched), The Nutcracker and still DD1 stayed awake:mad:
DD2 had a sleep upstairs for 2 1/2 hours:j still looks grotty though bless her.
Phoned conservatory people as water seeping in and carpet wet:mad:
Phone about swimming pool membership
Phoned Estate agent about proof of ID
Phoned surveyor and arranged for them to come on Thursday:eek: Please please everyone keep your fingers crossed that it goes well. We only bought the place 3 years ago and had the full home buyers survey done but I do like to worry about things:eek:
And I think that was about it, so not much cleaning going on. I feel a bit in limbo until the survey is done and we know chappie buying is happy and everything is going ahead.
Think i will go and clean kitchen cupboards, girls watching Peppa Pig DVD so may get half hour peace and quiet.0
