  • Aww antonsmummy I hope your headache's gone ...I suffer with migranes too.
    It's horrible isn't it.

Thanks to moggins for posting the list, not sure how I'm going to get on being half term and all......and having the dreaded VAT return to complete before the end of the month . ( I am so behind with it , I think if I can just do a couple of hours a night I should be able to get on top of it, trouble is come night time I'm so shattered) .

Anyway time to get on ....catch everyone later

OMG its half term - how do you all cope when the kids want to play, go out, go swimming etc etc.

Play.. I say.. go play then!!
Go out.. They don't actually like going out and when I ask where they want to go they can never think of anywhere so that's easy.
Go swimming.. They simply can't go, Here we are only allowed 3 children under 8 per adult or under 12 if the older ones cannot swim.. and I have 7 under 12 and none of them can swim.

Thankfully mine are quite happy to potter about in the house in their pj's, eat when they want, slob about if they want and go to bed in the afternoon if they so wish. They play with their toys, they play with each other, and occasionally my oldest daughter goes to her friends and my 15 year old is never even in!.. he has actually gone swimming today with his GF and her 2 sisters.

I'm just parcelling up ebay stuff and DD1 is taking them to post for me, the PO is only at the end of the street.

Cupboard emptied and given to DD
    Bins – emptied
    Compost bin – emptied
    Baking – flapjack
    Check insurance renewal – done
Ironing – some of it done

Have a great day, Penny. x

I've done everything in the kitchen except clean out the bin cupboard. The bin is emptied but the cupboard could do with a wipe out. Maybe later.

    Bathroom all done too.

Vacuumed living room. Fished dead fish out of tank (only one left and we can get rid of the flipping thing - sorry but I'm not that keen on fish and these have lasted for years).

Soon be time to start cooking, husband on early lunches this week.
