Hi, sorry I have not updated... I have accepted £600 from the shop, which is what I was advised I would get for it by selling it. I therefore haven't gained but at least it's sorted I suppose. I still feel disappointed but I couldn't carry on having the same argument... Just thought I'd let you all know. X
