WARNING!!!
These African crooks are still selling clocked cars or cars with major defects, be warned once the car leave garage they wouldn't repair nor pay the money back.
These are some of the names they have used so far
E and Q car sales E&Q car sales
A and E car sales A & E car sales
M and B Car Sales M&B car sales K&T Car sales but still run by that bum KISSA who after E&Q car sales being dissolved he is now the director of JET car sales
507-517 High Road, Leytonstone, London, E11 4PG
KISSA who has managed to defraud Companies House with his name changed from QUISSANGA BAPTISTA ALBERTO which he used as E&Q car sales owner/proprietor and on the 16th January 2012 he has the front to be a director with the name of ALBERTO BAPTISTA this is one devious fraudulent money laundering conniving rodent paying no TAX no VAT crook so stay away from this car sales who advertise their cars on AUTO TRADER.
IT SEEMS ALSO THAT HIS DETAILS OF HIS SOLICITOR GIVEN TO US BY THE POLICE as in my opinion COULD ALSO BE A CLONE OF KISSA as 2 texted messages to him fell on deaf ears (need I say any more)0 -
I HOPE BY PUTTING THIS THREAD ON TWICE PROSPECTIVE BUYER WILL STEER CLEAR OF AUTO TRADER and JET car sales FOR ONES OWN GOOD0
-
ChobbyBoulton1 How did you fair with Trading Standards as we on the JET car sales forum have found they were a waste of space same with the police, Companies House, Insolvency and the Courts as well all toothless0

WELL WELL WELL and there’s me feeling sorry for KHALEEL REHMAN this illegal immigrant who was the front for KISSA and his fraudulent car sales only to find out he’s still in this country running RELIABLE ACCIDENT CLAIMS Ltd not for his bolt hole at 8 Meanley Road London E12, but yet a new dive “YES” he’s now showing on Company House records that his offices are now at 263 Katherine Road London E7 8PP dated on their records 7th February 2012 what sneaky devious fraudulent crook would keep moving if he is legit (they don’t know what the word means) I will tell everybody why its because included in this devious “SCAM”, is that K&T car sales are involved and that can only mean (YES) you guessed it in one “KISSA” is the mastermind “GOD” if its as clear as day to me what are the authorities doing about it from Trading Standards to the Police to the IPCC Company House Insolvency and the TAX man, mind you the TAX man can cost the country £8 million on a non existed case but do nothing regarding these immigrants that come into our country and are fraudulent crooks. So now its getting quite clear that ALBERTO BAPTISTA also know as QUISSANGA BAPTISTA ALBERTO and ALBERTO QUISSANGA BAPTISTA but to all of us “KISSA” is involved or lets make it clearer to all is the “mouth piece” “owner/proprietor/moneyman” for E&Q car sales JET car sales K&T car sales A and E car sales A&E car sales M&B car sales Stirling Global Ltd Global Express GB Ltd Reliable Accident Claims Ltd Rehman Enterprises with the likes of Artwell Ndagurwa, Elizabeth Ndagurwa, Samantha Baigent, Maqsood Hussain, Sagawat Mahmood, Saeed Rehman, Shwkeel Rehman, Muhsin Rehman, and many others who are his puppets (Directors) who front this fraudulently, money laundering, devious conniving crook KISSA.0

In February 2013 I was looking for a car for my fianc! as she needed it to take our kids to nursery. I came across a Peugeot 307 advertised on auto trader which looked ideal. I called the garage and spoke with Paul who told me a bit about the car which seemed to tick all the boxes apart from the excessive number of previous owners (4 in total) which I was slightly concerned as the car was only 6 years old. Paul also went on to say that there is another customer interested in the car who will be paying a deposit over the next few days to secure the vehicle. I was clearly interested in the vehicle and needed time to think as I was based in London and auto bristol.com is based in Bristol, I would have preferred to have viewed the car first before paying my deposit. In the end I decided to pay the deposit as it was explained, if I was not happy with the car when I come to view it, I can have my deposit back. I called back later on the same day and spoke with a chap called Baz who took payment over the telephone of £100 and I had agreed to view the car over the weekend. On that very same call Baz had agreed with me to knock off £100 off the total value of the car if I purchased it as I was coming from London for which I was grateful. Baz went on to say that I have now secured the vehicle. To my surprise the next day I received a call from Paul retracting the agreement Baz made with me and said if I purchased the car it will have to be at full price or he will have to refund my deposit, reluctantly I had agree to pay the full price.
Prior to viewing the car I had requested garage details on the service book as the car was advertised with full Peugeot service history. To my surprise the last service stamp dated November 2012 was stamped with a company name which was not a Peugeot main dealership, no company address or telephone number in sight. I had typed in the company name into google with zero hits, I spoke with direct enquiries 118 118 who had zero matches nationwide which at that point suspicion crept in. I called the garage and asked if they could provide a copy of the log book or the previous owners details so that I could contact them to check where exactly the vehicle was last serviced. The garage refused to provide this information, even though I was due to see the vehicle that same weekend. I spoke with Peugeot main dealership who advised if a customer has committed to purchasing a car by in the way of paying a deposit towards a car and requested a copy of the log book, this is usually provided.
I still decided to go and inspect the car as agreed and also requested to see the paperwork. I noticed the car had no rear pads, minimal front pads and rear tyres looking frightfully close to the legal limit. To add to that, I took the car out for a test drive which had zero fuel in it and after a short 5 minute drive I was told to head back to the garage. I insisted on a longer test drive and offered to pay for the fuel just before the car actually ran out of fuel. I proceeded to push the car with a member of staff from the garage where I had paid for the fuel to go on a longer test drive. The car seemed to drive OK a little underpowered and sponge like brakes but ideal for my family, when I returned to the office, I had requested that the car was to be serviced as the service light was illuminated on the dash and a full 12 months MOT as there was only 4 months left on the current one and that the brake pads were to be changed which should be identified in the MOT. The garage had agreed and I had explained that I was going to do a HPI check as I was told earlier that day that the garage did not do one before they purchased the car which I found odd. I had agreed that I will be going ahead providing the HPI check came back clear. That was on the Friday and I had agreed to collect the vehicle on the following Monday, I had also advised on the Friday that I will give the garage a call on Saturday once I have done the HPI check on the vehicle. The HPI check came back clear and I called the garage on Sunday as I did not get a chance on Saturday to let them know and to arrange a time to collect the car. I was told Paul was not working and I should call back Monday.
I called back Monday and spoke with Paul to arrange a time to collect the vehicle and pay the outstanding balance. The response I had got was the car was sold to another customer and my deposit will be refunded in full. I asked how could they do that as it was agreed I would be collecting the vehicle ton that day and I had secured the vehicle. I was told I was doing to many checks on the history of the car and the person who purchased the vehicle was happy to take it away with 4 months MOT and in my opinion probably not even aware that the car did not have any brake pads. I asked if the garage had other interest in the car why was I not contacted as they have two numbers for me. I was told by Paul that he was too busy and forgot to call me.
My advise is to stay well away from this company, they have only been trading less than 2 years and in my experience they are a bunch of cowboys who are prepared to sell cars that are not roadworthy.0 -
Hi I was just wondering if this got resolved? My parents have been ripped off by them - purchased a faulty car in March.. and we are still fighting for a refund.0

Why have you joined to ask if anyone has had good dealings-when bad dealings are clearly shown..0 -
Hey there,
I have had the same type issues with the dealership. Huge con artists and just disgraceful people! Could anyone of you report on how you got on and what trading standards said? I am going to report them to trading standards and go from there.0 -

I had trouble with this company over a car I purchased with them a few months ago. I took the company and the owner to court and won. As a precaution I have notified companies house of the judgement to safeguard me in case they try and file to dissolve the company.
They were very economical with the truth, saying they had tried to contact me, but they had not had any response, either by letter or telephone, but as I kept evidence of all phone calls to them, I printed a itemised bill from my phone provider, and recorded delivery on letters and emails, they looked pretty annoyed when I produced this in court. The Judge saw right through them. He gave them 14 Days to pay or a judgement will be recorded against the company. I have already put the next step in place, as I am certain they will not meet that deadline. I am Looking forward to the next chapter.0
