Wow.... Mr OneDay sounds lovely.... what a sweetie.

Happy Anniversary to you both

Let me know how much your clarinet goes for. I'm running out of things to sell now!! I think I need to go to some car boot sales/charity shops to get some bits.

Technically I've made £12.50 from nothing as the CD I sold was a gift, will work out how much I have left after fees, and then perhaps I could use that to double it... hmmmm.

I'm angry with myself today, we'd bought some snacks yest and I'd made 2 rolls this morning, and put a sausage roll and 3 savoury eggs for today and I left it at home    Grrrrrrrrr.

This time next week we'll be on our way to Croyde for our cheapie sun holiday... :j :j :j

Argghhhhh... I really need to get more motivated, I didn't spend much yest but it was probably more than I should have.

66p for eBay parcel (coming back from paypal)
    £1.98 on 'ladies' essentials
99p for 2 x Dr Pepper Zero (BOGOF)
    38p for TV mag....

Total £4.01. I could've saved £1.37 by not buying the Dr Pepper and tv mag. I didn't *need* them.

Today I need to buy petrol but only enough until Sunday as we're away next wk so £10 will be plenty, need to do a top up shop, max £10, but I also need some clothes desperately.... my SIL gave me £100 for my old double bed, it had a 2yr old memory foam mattress on it. I may use some of that to get some summer clothes from Asda.

Ok I promise after my holiday, I will be more DFW and put more effort into saving money.... also I need to start my healthy eating plan.

Least the sun is shining today.

I spent £13 on food but had a voucher from Asda for £2 off when spending £10, plus I spent £3 on 2 boxes of ice-creams for DD.

I got a pair of cropped jeans, £12, a nice yellow top £4 and a blouse type top £8 - total £26... I'd allowed myself £50 to spend on some clothes so have £24 left, I may pop to QS 2moro afty and get some more cheap bits.

Going to Paultons 2moro with a friend and her son, will take a packed lunch so should only spend money on an ice-cream for DD.

Am looking forward to my holiday next wk... hope the weather is nice.

I'm not a clothes person, prob cos I'm overweight so worry about clothes, so I hardly ever spend money on clothes.

Not sure I can even be bothered now to pop to QS... will look in New Look in Romsey 2moro.

So far I've spent £1.99 on a small VW camper canvas for OH's birthday and 60p on some choc buttons  for DD at Paultons.

I've got so much to do .... think I need to make a list a la BBAM!!!

Oh and I'll now be doing 3 full days a wk at my new job, mon/tues/wed which works out to be 22.5hrs pw, and as the hourly rate is slightly higher than my old job means I'll be earning slightly more but guess means my HB and WTC/CTC will reduce slightly too. Least it's closer to home which should save on fuel...

Today I bought curtains hooks, there were 3 possible places to buy them, so I looked in all 3 to get the cheapest!! I got 25 for £1 in Woolies they were £1.50 for 10, so pleased with myself! Then I went to Asda and spent £3.76. And I bought DD a happy meal as was getting late.... why do fish fingers from McD's taste so much nicer than if you cook them at home??

Had a weird day today, I worked for 2hrs this morning, so that means I have 2 days work left at my current place. I bought wrapping paper today, some gardening gloves (so I do some weeding) and some bits from Morrisons. Total spend today = £12.97

Have invited Sally to a spending challenge in June, it was done last year, was good, can't remember how well I did tho... :o

My brother is arriving about 9pm from Belgium for the w/end, he goes back on Tues. Not sure of plans yet 2moro with him, but will prob be ironing most of the day anyway!!

My Mum gave me £50 for spending money next wk today, which was so kind of her :j

Just going to put DD to bed and will prob chill out with a glass of rose and a pizza (frozen one) although a Dominos one would be lovely but they are soooooo expensive! x
