We're back from our holiday, it was fab. Really enjoyed it. Spent lots but that was the idea of saving up some money so we could relax. It was bliss. DD had a fab time.
So now I'm back I need to really sort out my debt...."Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke

Ok I really need to post something everyday to keep on the straight and narrow.
I start my new job on Mon, can't wait. Not sure what my salary will be so gonna be hard to do a budget but will go with what I know.
It's still raining here.... yuk!!
DD and I are meeting Benbenandme & DS 2moro, if the weather is fine we'll go to Longdown Dairy Farm, cost = £6.75 for me and free for DD as under 3. I'm taking a packed lunch for us all. And will buy DD an ice-cream.
I've started a thread for no unneccessary spending for June... hopefully can save some money.
Also started the SW diet, again  It's so hard to keep motivated but I'm going to give it a good go. I keep visualising myself super slim...:rotfl:"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke

Hi Tigz
glad you had a good holiday.. back to get on track now.
Why don't you know how much you will get paid. Do you mean you don't know how much you will bring home.
http://payecalculator.inlandrevenue.gov.uk/PAYE0.aspx this website will calculate it for you if you don't know....
I am thinking i will need to post more too to keep me on the straight and narrow.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Hi Sammy,
I meant I don't know what my WTC/CTC & HB will be as my wages have increased slightly... only ££23pm so hopefully won't be much different.
I need to get motivated too...x"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke

Todays update, went to the activity farm, took £10 and came back with £1.25 :T :T Paid for my entrance fee and £2 for the kiddies to have a go on the mini motorised cars, was good fun.
Found £1.25 in the seal of my washing machine too, or rather DD did :j so that's £2.50 left over.
I have £45 in my purse to last me until Tues, I have a full tank of petrol and lots of food so shouldn't need to buy anything. I'm out for a meal on Sat night, but that's local so shouldn't be too expensive.
Aiming for a NSD 2moro, will take a packed lunch.
Just been told by OH that's we're over to his parents for his sister's birthday meal, he's volunteered my tiramisu making skills... so I now need to get some Tia Maria or Amaretto to make it with, but he can pay for that :rotfl:"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Forgot to mention DD won £50 on the premium bonds, it's her 2nd win and the one that won was one the of the lot I bought with her 1st win (£100). So that's £150 from my £100 initial purchase, she's a lucky girl! :j :j"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke

Can you go on the entitled to website and put your new figures in there. I have found it to be fairly accurate. although who knows how the CTC/HB works these days!Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
