Thanks TigTag, OneDay & Vanessa - she's had her oxygen reduced and is doing really well. Hopefully she'll be home soon.

    Thanks again xx

Had a letter from DCA dealing with HSBC debt, basically they invited me to call them to ask about early settlement, they've offered an figure of £3000 to settle early.... saving me £1142, which would actually only be £2254 once I get the bank charges of £746 back (if I get them back,.....) if only I had access to an interest free loan of £3000 to clear it!

Well my Nan came home in the week and is much better. She's got a stairlift fitted at home now. I've got 4 Tesco extra clubcard points vouchers on ebay, trying to raise the extra money I need for Sept.... have started sorting out my bedroom also for a boot sale soon. I'm going to be quite ruthless as I don't want to take a lot of stuff with me.... nice minimalistic house for me! x

tigz - I missed your post about your Nan, glad to hear she is feeling better.

How much do you get for tesco clubcard points vouchers! Never heard of selling things like that on ebay before...

I'd love to have a minimilistic house! I will only get that when everyone leaves home. Including the OH!

Hi Sammy, It depends, I've had some go for as much as £2+ - seeing as they're free it's worth listing them... but I put 60p postage as it's not worth it otherwise!!

Yuk!!!! What a horrid morning.... got drenched walking to work (from the car), bottom of my trousers all wet. Yuk!!! Def a day to stay indoors in the warm, pref under a duvet watching a soppy film.

Pay day 2moro, will be putting anything spare into my ISA for my new house fund, so will update my sig 2moro.

Had a horrid w/end - 2 people diddling me out of money!! Too long to go into, but it wasn't pleasant. I've learnt there is no such thing as a free gift and it's left a bitter taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I won't be accepting any more help from that direction!!

I'm feeling very wound up, down and stressed

    Ah well.... x

They did sadly.... 1 was family and not worth falling out over. But it's made me very

The other was my mechanic... still working on that one! Only £10 but it's the principle.
