Tigz, did you get a childthingy voucher for £250. Sorry just being nosey, where did you put it. Is it possible that you put the money you have saved up for your DD in the same account, as I don't think you can touch it then. The only reason my DD has any money left is because I can't touch it!

While I am here, I need a kick up the !!!!. I have some work which is a potential earner. £35 per hour. Its quite involved spreadsheet work and I have done everything up till now to put off finishing it. I have done the lions share and I have a meeting with the guys who commissioned the work on thursday.

BUT!!! I can't seem to get motivated to finish it. I don't know why. Can you nag me till Wednesday night. If I thought I had someone watching over my shoulder it would really help.

    Thanks In advance Tigz

NOW GET THAT SPREADSHEET THINGY FINISHED.....!!!

See you on the dark side xx

Well I did half an hour! sigh :o then I have spent most of the time on here. AND I have had to promise to go and see spiderman 3 tonight! so no dark side for me tonight. Oh well, I have thought I get up at five tomorrow, thats two hours, then an hour while I am work (if i can stay off here) then two hours tomorrow night. same on Wed thats another six. Then got to be at my meeting at ten on thurs, so could do another 3 on thurs morning. thats fifteen hours. should be enough. GuLP.

And don't worry about the money flying out at the moment. that happened to me at first when I started DFW. It DOES get better.

We're off to Newquay, with the sun £9.50 holidays.... just redeemed 4000 nectar points for 2 tickets to the eden project saving us £28!! How very DFW. Am planning on not spending much if I can help it.

Fancy joining the darkside?? We have a party board, but it gets quite rude....!! lol

Did you get your 5 hours done today?????????

Lets hope so.... it's going quicker than sand through fingers at the moment!! Am expecting £98 back from job centre, reimbursement for work clothes which will be my spending money next week.

BF and I fell out tonight.... big style. Not at all happy with him. Story on the dark side....! Can't repeat it here as swearing in it :rotfl:

No..... Did half an hour at 4.45 this morning. Then i did all the housework and paid all the bills. the house has never been so tidy. Then I went to work and caught up on all my work. Then I came home and got interested in the apprentice and now I am on here!!!! telling myself I can still get it done. At this rate I am going to be working all night tomorrow night.

On a more positive note I applied for a job nearer home and I have to go and see an agency on Thursday after work! I am over to the dark side now to read about the row with BF!

Grrrrrr. Bloody men eh! I got home from work today to find a box on the doorstep.. My OH was looking at buying a new CD player for the car we bought (old one written off). I thought he'd bought one and was furious opening it up. When I opened it, it was the old one from the written off car!!!!! They took it out and posted it back to us. How strange. So I am going to ebay it.

Anyway my point was, that all men are stupid! In a nutshell. There are a couple who aren't (Alan Sugar one such man). He got rid of that posh prat. Men just useful for one thing, and as long as you know that and don't depend on them for anything you will be fine. As for BF tell him to pay the whole amount to you!

My ex husband only paid me £70 a month for TWO children!

On the advice of my fellow DFW's I have opened an mini ISA for my £40pw in job credit from the job centre with the plan to put it in there each week ready to clear a debt with it next year.

Am off on our sun holiday next week, can't wait. Off to Newquay.
