    Hello!

    Sorry I've been AWOL.

We are just back from 2 weeks R&R in Tenerife when I went 'cold turkey' and had no internet 'playtime' for 2 whole weeks!! Apart from a parcel from :A Wifey :ATHANK YOU & getting the kitties back the best thing about coming home has been catching up on this thread....... Work is already a nightmare.....

I can't remember much of the detail of what I've read.

Anyway, I sort of promised myself while I was away that I was going to be more positive in the future........so.......... before I forget that

Commiserations (sp?) to all who are feeling sad, angry or stressed by work, health, or just life in general hope it all gets better very soon. :)

    Congratulations to our winners :j

Welcome to newbies & returnees. It's nice to see some pretty cards on here. (not caught up on blogs yet).

Lindsey nice card and pretty papers too.

Froggy, I'd be a mad froggy too if all that happened to me. I don't use 'hotmail' and touch wood, whistle and turned round three times it's not happened to me yet.

Louise, you'll be fine, dont forget to use the folded A4 as a tent fold if your card looks a bit bare side folded and you can't think what else to put on it. I can't work out why but tent fold is always better for me unless the central image is big 'un.

Marg, nice to have you back and I do hope you enjoyed your holiday. Thank you for the pm. :D

Padster, never been known to turn down a piece of any cake. It'll soon be warm enough to get the swimming cozzie on and get some training in for the Olympics. :D

Someone has hacked into my hotmail address, my OH cannot understand why I keep sending him emails about debt collection websites :D I have now changed my password so fingers crossed that works.

Having changed my password it has taken me half an hour to be able to access my phone :mad: thank god for apple forums otherwise my Mac and phone would be on ebay by now .... yes Flourgirl I would give you first choice :p, all I wanted to do was send my niece a happy 18th birthday text... How did I get an 18 year old niece

Then I have a letter from my old insurance company telling me I have put my home a risk bla bla and I MUST write to them immediately I don't think they should send letters like that I should imagine the elderly would be very worried with tactics like those

On the plus side Santander have told me they have closed my account for the fourth time since last September ... we shall wait and see if I get another 'review of my overdrawn account letter'!!

Anyway nice Frog will resume later I promise :rotfl:

Helenpie and Lindsey I love your cards very pretty

Retired I can't multi quote and have been here for ages:rotfl:

Sorry you are having a bad time Mad Frog. I think you may have me mixed up with someone else here as I don't understand :)

I have had 2 lots of bogus Santander spam just recently asking for me to update all my details!! I have reported them to Santander but don't suppose they will do anything about it, just need to be vigilant.

I need some help here, lovely peeps. What do you call the little gift of say a rolling pin or a horseshoe that you give to a bride as they leave the church after the ceremony, anyone know please??? :D

Had a look on Ebay and the description there is a bridal keepsake. Watch my space!

Wifey I have absolutely no idea but if it's the thingy on your whatsit - it is absolutely stunning but I wouldn't want to be responsible for getting it there in one piece

have just been to look at a house either he needs a payrise, I need a job or the winning lottery ticket as it's right at the top of our budget - maybe he won't like it although we could both do with dropping a few pounds from not eating :rotfl: :rotfl:
