Hello everyone.
At last I reached the most recent thread lol. I went right from part 1 to here. Here now so I hope I can get some ideas and inspiration. :cheesy:
I am new to card making. Been doing it for a couple of months now. been off work sick due to an operation on my foot and decided to do this to fill the time, now I don't want to stop.
I will try and post a pic or 2 to show you what I have done. There are some beautiful ones on here though, well done all.
Do we do any competitions or projects on here? Might be fun especially for us new ones. If not, it's ok.
Anyway, I hope to see more from everyone and share mine too. As soon as I work out how to that is.
See you soon :wave:0 -
Hi, I hope it's ok to post this here but I thought some MSErs might be interested.
Jelly park do really lovely digi images for card makers and have started a club where you get a free imagine in return for making a card for a seriously ill child using it (you can use it for anything else too). They have a Facebook group where people chat and share what they have made and sometimes have pictures of the kids with their card you made posted too.
The link to the Jellypark club is https://www.facebook.com/groups/495638457181446/663581133720510/?comment_id=671147849630505&ref=notif¬if_t=group_comment

First of all I apologies if this is in the wrong place but I couldn't find a 'right' place!
My daughter is getting married in 5 weeks and I have found a fantastic card for her but I wanted to personalise it with their names and the date of the wedding but I know I would make a mess of it does anyone know of a company or an individual that would offer this kind of service please?0 -
Ooooooh some lovely cards around :-) I didn't realise there was a thread (or 6) for my favourite hobby! I've been making cards for about 2 years though not had much chance really this year with lots of work and applying for new jobs. I'll try to post some photos when I get a free minuteNSDs January - 3/8 2017 total - 3

I'm trying to get back to reading blogs and chatting on the forums!
I've been crafting away but I've got out of the habit of blogging and writing about it. I miss it though so I'm making an effort to get back into a posting routine!
It is quite difficult to get pictures posted here so they are in my usual place ;-)
Looking forward to catching up with everyone and hello to any newbies!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -

Let's see if I can post a picture!.....
Sorry it is so huge!!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -
Your cards are great. I would love to try water colouring but was always put off as I thought it was all pastel colours. I love how bright your colours are.
I have just got back into crafting after an extended period of ill health so my bl*g is a little empty still.0 -
Great cards over on your bl*g. The waterfall card is amazing and your last card is a great way to use up scraps so very MSE!
I don't know much about watercolour but the pens I use come in a variety of colours. the brights pack gives lovely vivid colours but you can add lots of water to get lighter versions.2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -
Hello everyone
I've not been in here before, mainly because I'm not an art/craft type person so waves hello!!!
Here's why I'm here now!
I've been looking for a greetings card for a special occasion, I know exactly what I want but I can't find a card anywhere. It's a fairly simple design (a silhouette of a country with a heart indicating an area on the silhouette and an inscription on the front and inside).
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Alternatively, are you a card maker that could do this sort of thing?
Please let me know. PM me if easier.
Thank you
