My Mum was playing squash up until her last week of pregnancy with both of us - she keeps on going on at me about how I need to be doing more exercise, and that I must be really unfit (been complaining about the ligament pains and also hips hurting at night). I just told her that I wouldn't have been doing that pre-pregnancy anyway, and that if I was so unfit, then why is it that every time they check my blood pressure, they say it's "perfect". I also told her that they recommend gentle exercise in pregnancy, such as walking, swimming and pregnancy yoga, and as I have no intention of spending £6 a time to go to our local swimming pool or joining a yoga class, that the walking I'm doing will have to do.

You're not actually supposed to do anything more vigorous than what you did pre-pregnancy, which was a great excuse for me ;) walking and the fresh air will be doing you the power of good :D

ooo i meant to say as well to Hannah, the Hensvik cot is a great buy. used it til 2 years for our son, and will use it for this one too (just bought a new mattress last week). we actually bought the dresser and wardrobe as well and they are still going strong in his room

you are not! my latest one to my daughter is if she sucks her thumb ( a very very recent habit) is that she will have to go for an operation on her mouth - not stictly a lie as she might need orthodontics if she starts it . her finger has also been firmly wedged up her nose lately to which she gets - that will give you holes in your teeth or your brains will fall out lol

    hahaha i love it!

yesterday my 3 yr old refused to get out of the car at asda, so i said we couldnt go to the park til we had been in for the shopping. he still refused so it turned into 'FINE WE WILL JUST GO STRAIGHT HOME AND NO PARK'. even went as far as reversing back out of the space til he cracked. one nil, sunshine.

I know normal bedding doesn't fit on their beds and vice versa their bedding doesn't fit on English size beds.

I assumed it would be the same with the cots but I don't know.
