Do you mean when you have written a new post?

It takes away the thank you button if you post at the same time as somebody else....

No, for example - I thank you, keep reading further. Lets say 10 min later, I refresh the page and some of the posts that I have thanked will show that I can thank again!

Thanks Ladies, can have a can without feeling guilty now then. My Mum always laughs at me because I wont eat this, drink that etc. I only ever have caffine free tea now but that started while I was ttc. It does seem crazy when you think not so long ago women carried on their diet as normal but I just couldnt go against the advice just in case. I haven't had any alcohol since my 2 w/w in July!! I did miss my copius amounts of port with card games on Christmas day :0(

Yeah June for me, I had half a glass of wine and lemonade in December but it made me violently sick so not had any since and never did in last pregnancy either.

I don't eat prawns but could really enjoy a prawn cocktail right now :)

    Just looked on Coke website.

A can of coke contains 32 mg of caffiene, diet coke has 42mg, tea has 50mg and coffee 100-140mg. Pregnant women should consume no more than 200mg.

    Link here. x

I have no more than 2 cokes a week, either full fat or diet.

Must admit I very rarely drink fizzy pop - have a litre of water at work, about 2 brews through the day, milk (at night for heartburn) and hot vimto.

Aspartame is a widely used sweetener, and OH hates it!!!! We actually changed to using the sweetener in our tea now, but we made sure it had no aspartame or acesulfame. Lots of 'sugar-free' drinks will instead have these sweeteners in, which some say can be carcinogenic, although recent studies seem to say that this is not the case. It is funny - OH can feel aspartame in the drinks from the first mouthful, I am not that sensitive to the taste.

I'll stick the diet coke on the naughty list then, just to be safe.

I fancy prawns as well Flutterby_lil, with lots of garlic - another thing that I wont eat and my Mum thinks I am over reacting with!
