Morning peeps. I'm on my phone so not going to make a huge massive post as I don't have the energy.

But yay for Flutterby and Maisie. Congratulations my dear. Sounds like she is utterly perfect. I'm glad all is well and you are both safely back at home.

I think I'm gonna have to call the RAF to winch me out of bed as my right hip is so sore I can barely move. Been hurting me all night and this morning it feels like it's been turned to stone.

On arrival downstairs I'll read through the rest on the puter.

    Lovely post flutterby! :)

Hope Dizzi is OK, thinking of you x

Send the RAF my way when you're done happy, I got stuck like a beetle on my back trying to turn over last night, love my dreamgenie but some nights it doesn't half get in the way! My pelvis makes this cracking noise like something not right, I used to love having a shower, but find it soooo troublesome getting my feet dried that I no longer enjoy it and kind of dread it a bit!
  • I always say to oh that I need one of those slings they save whales and dolphins with to lift me out of the bath. He says I look like a turtle..
Agree regarding pillow I end up all in a mess with it.
At least we all can laugh about it

Emsbet - hope you manage to find something for your cold. Mine is still just a sore throat so I'm glad about that. I hate having a fully fledged cold.

Wonder how dizzi is getting on. Hope she is ok.

Glimmer - maybe we need Greenpeace to come and help us.

Amymo - my pillow was doing my nut in last night. It seems to slip down in the night and then I have to stretch my arms to reach it and I swear my stomach is going to pop. The things you have to do is crazy!!!

    Hi ladies, happy easter!

    Congrats to flutterby and Icey.

    lovecrafting, Isla is gorgeous.

Snoopy, so is Isabella but then you already know that i think that!

My pelvis is starting to get a bit achey now, hoping it means baby has engaged a bit. Am i right in thinking that bouncing on my ball is meant to encourage baby to engage?

just been out with mum and bought a white waterfall cardi for once baby is here, according to some of the mums on the facebook newborn group they're really good for covering up when feeding in public.

have been staying at mum's for a couple of nights as DH has been at work nights so came here for a bit of company, going home later today though. Not eaten much choccy actually, better put that right soon! Saying that, the scales tell me I've put on nearly 3 stone!!!!! God knows where though, I know I've put a little bit on generally but other than my fairly neat bump I don't feel much bigger! I'm not worried though, I have every intention of doing lots of walking with the pram once baby is here so I should soon get rid of it!

Thanks for the tips guys, I've not taken anything yet as I don't feel too bad at the moment, except for my eyes which feel like they are bulging out of my head. I will take paracetemol if I feel worse.

Had a bit of a cry earlier. I asked DH if he knew what was tomorrow and he does, I thought he might have forgotten :o Then I got myself all in a tizz about worrying that we'd lose this baby too. I'm worrying that my tummy doesn't seem to be getting much bigger. I worry that after the flurry of activity I felt on Friday I haven't really felt LO moving. I think I felt a little movement yesterday but I'm not sure. Grr I'm such a muppet worrying myself. Sometimes things go round and round in my head and I get so bl00dy petrified that I can't think straight. I convince myself something will go wrong and I'm not sure I could go through that again :(

    xx

Embset - you are perfectly justified for feeling how you feel after what you have been through to get here. The fact that you haven't felt your LO for a couple of days really doesn't mean anything. He/she is just too small to be making regular movements that you can feel. I think once you get to your appt on Friday and seek some reassurance you will be a lot better. You have waited a long time for this appointment and I think your anxiety levels are at an all time high, especially with it being Alex's due date tomorrow. The emotions you are going through are perfectly normal. Im always about if you need a chat. X

Lisa - I haven't dared step on the scales. I have a vision of a massive buzzer going off and them glowing bright red in anger at what has just stood on them!!!
