Oh and also meant to say, Emsbet I'm sorry you are feeling poorly. I had a cold recently and I didn't take anything for it other than paracetamol in the end. I suffer badly with my sinuses whenever I get a cold and normally rely on Sudafed nasal spray but you can't use it during pregnancy. I'm not sure if there is anything else that you can use as I never got round to going to the pharmacy in the end. Parcetamol, lots of fluids (I like hot blackcurrant squash) and plenty of rest are my recommendations.

Emsbet there is a spray *** rummages frantically for Boots newsletter they sent me*** they've got boots own brand cold defence nasal spray. Says it works to prevent a cold but may be some help and it's in their preg clug mag xx
