If you weren't meeting up so close to her EDD, then maybe you might've been able to quiz her... but I don't think she'll be travelling up north in the last couple of weeks...

I get cramps in my legs/feet/arms pretty much daily, though it's to do with my calcium deficiency and adult form of rickets. That's why I have the thera-bands and know that they work wonders.

And with you ladies on here, I'm able to tell her if she's feeling normal aches and pains or if there's something more concerning going on. And that's before we talk about her mental state or calorie intake!:rotfl:

Last night, she said that she was getting weird pulling pains in both sides, kinda like someone was pulling/stretching an elastic band. At 26 weeks, with baby growing loads, I guess it's normal?

Oh, and if you're considering throwing your OH's out into a spare room, do it. He'll appreciate a good night's sleep after a few nights. But then don't do what my wife did - bit my head off for crawling in to bed in the morning, because I woke her up before her alarm went off!

Had another sweep this afternoon, was far more comfortable than the one on Wednesday although apparently I'm still sealed up tighter than a ducks bum. They are going to try to fit me in for another on Sunday and if that doesn't work then the only option left is seeing the consultant on Tuesday to discuss being induced. I really don't want to be induced as I'm scared of how much it'll hurt (although it would give me an excuse to have an epi lol) but if that's what it takes then so be it.
I think he has decided to stay inside forever, its just so demoralising when I'm not even having braxton hicks any more.

None of these babies seem to want to come at the moment do they? I'm not sure we have had an early arrival for ages. Apart from Dinah of course and I hope her and little Nancy are doing ok.
Hope something happens for you in the next few days safesound.

WW2BR - these pulling feeling are just part of the course I'm afraid. Your wife's insides will be doing all kinds of things and they can result in very weird and strange sensations.

Wow you ladies and fella can't half chat!
Just had mw and measuring at 37 weeks so a week ahead and 2/5s engaged. She is sending me for a scan as he us also facing forward so lots of ball bouncing (yoga that is). wish I lived up near you guys but mk is a bit too far south
just trying to bring forward buggy and carseat delivery incase I q jump
