Good plan glimmer. I'm going to have to start I think.
Do I have to wash all the baby clothes does anyone know?
Happy 1st day of maternity leave, enjoy the rest.
I've just found this bag of Bitsa Wispa that I found in the shop the other day. I wonder if it's too early to open them and have one or two!

you dont have to wash them all, i just do it because some of the stuff is from the attic and has been in bags since dd3 was able to fit them, she is five next month so they need a good wash, i also got some second hand bits and dont know what washing powder they used.

dd3 just got up, she walked in the room, said oh mum your up, wheres isla? i told her she was in my tummy and she is looking at me all confused.

Just popping in 2 say Isabella was finally born 8lb 5!! :eek: at 13:48 hours. Started having contractions at 4am on Sat and with the clocks changing (v.confusing!!) 33 hours?!?! Exhausted is not the word, but she's very content. Will post again when I'm home rather than on phone

maybee yeah, she seems to be convinced she is comming before her birthday. i may take her with me tomorow to my growth scan so she can have a look at her, she is more impatient to see her than i am.

Thanks for the well wishes for my last day. I should have said it's my last few hours as I only really need to go make sure everything's chucked away and I've given my pass in. The whole organisation is closing so no presents.

I've got an appointment to register at a recruitment agency today to hopefully get some temp work. Unfortunately I think they are wanting me to do reception work which I'm not not keen on but then again I need the money! I'm going to see if I can just get 2/3 days a week but they'll probably push for full time.

Congratulations Lola!

I am another one suffering from hip/back pain at night. It keeps me awake at night and then I'm shattered during the day. I have a fairly long commute to work and I'm so tired I'm really struggling to do a full week at the moment. Can't wait for maternity leave but that's a way off yet!

I did try my dream genii pillow last night but I'm not sure it was any more use that the regular pillows I was using before. And I found it extremely annoying when I wanted to turn over in the night! I miss sleeping on my belly sooooooo much.

I think it's going to be one of those days today. I've been in work less than an hour and I've spilt cereal down the front of my top. I seem to be doing that a lot lately for some reason.
