Yes that looks like my kind of cake lovecrafting.
How do you make the butterfly thingymajigs?DS1 born June 2000

i used the cutters from that cake decorating magasine, melted white chocolate onto greaseproof paper then when it was almost set i cut out the butterfly shapes and put them onto white icing, then i cut out the butterfly shape on the white icing. once that was dry i painted on food colouring and waited for it to dry and added glitter. left that to dry, broke it in half and stuck it in the cake.0

Hey everyone. Had my 16 week appointment with the midwife this evening and heard the heartbeat which was quite amazing. Still can't believe it's actually growing inside me!
1 thing I forgot to ask was about antenatal classes. When do they generally get mentioned? Don't see the midwife again til 25 weeks but it seems quite late then to discuss it. Ideally I would like to get booked up somewhere and get a date in the diary!0 -
I have no idea about classes hun i never went to them0

Hi bellola. Glad your appointment went well. It's lovely hearing the heartbeat isn't it?
Can't help with the classes at all cos I've never been offered a single one. Think alot depends on the hospital you are under as they all have different policies.DS1 born June 2000

Glad it went well, they don't do them until 18 weeks in my area so I have a few weeks to wait.
My midwife gave me the numbers for the antenatal classes when I first met her and she told me to call and book at 20 weeks.
