Emsbet was it a dreamgenii you got? I'm in desperate need of one. Going to try and get one this weekend. Am 16 weeks tomorrow and sleeping on my side is most uncomfortable - I want a cosy pillow!
They are so expensive though!
It is yes. I was looking at getting something cheaper but I managed to get this one on eBay 2nd hand for half the original price. I've tried it out and it seems good although I can imagine turning over might be a pain.

Haha! Well I have got the mattress from the single bed on the living room floor so I can stretch out and still watch tv so I'm trying it out now while he sits on the boring sofa!I'll try not to rub it in but it's comfy I may not be able to resist
Best not go on about its comfyness too much though as he might pinch it off me when I'm up for one of my nighttime toilet trips

I wouldn't put it past him, he does regularly sneak over to my side of the bed and I think it's because he's got his eye on my pillow. It must be better than his

I would suggest keeping an eye on him and if it continues then seek legal advice. XDS1 born June 2000

 maybe only one problem, he's a solicitor and probably knows all the pillow related laws inside out :rotfl:

That could be a problem then. There is only one option available to you in that case...take the pillow everywhere with you.DS1 born June 2000

Quick question: when should I get fitted for a nursing bra? I'm 26 weeks and perfectly comfy in bra tops (I hate bras with a vengeance) but thought it might be worth getting some proper nursing bras for after the birth. I'm guessing my boobs will get bigger though so want to know when I should be looking at getting fitted? Ta.
The theory is that you have them fitted once the baby drops, as then you'll have a better idea of what size band you need. Theory breaks down when you have a baby so big that it never really drops, just takes up every inch of available space. However, when I bought new bras all through, I just bought nursing ones, and they still fit.
On the subject of the budget, I let the baby listen, and he loudly and repeatedly filled his nappy.0 -
hello everyone, haven't been able to post for a couple of days but have just caught up.
((hugs)) dinah, sounds like you're having a bit of a nightmare. Hope baby stays inside for as long as possible - your official EDD is nearly the same as mine so let's hope they are both born near then!
((hugs)) also to lovecrafting, mrsmanda, happydays and anyone else who has been suffering the past couple of days.
Hi sexymouse! Glad to see you here at last!I think you asked about maternity clothes - H&M has really nice (and not too expensive) stuff, I have a teeshirt from there that looks and feels lovely and was only £7.99. I've also bought a couple of tops second hand from ebay for a couple of quid each, worth a look.
Glad things are going well emsbetI understand how you feel re family buying stuff for the baby, but they're just excited. Don't worry, your 20-week scan will come along in no time and then you can go on a shopping spree!
Also, I didn't start feeling less tired until about 15/16 weeks, but I did notice a definite change in my energy levels around then. Just starting to feel less energetic again now!
I felt like time dragged to 20 weeks, and now the weeks are galloping past, it's quite scary! 28 weeks tomorrow, so I'm in the third trimester! :j
Did anyone see OBEM just now? As usual I was very weepy, especially when little Cody went home, bless him.
Bought a dress from ebay today, for my friend's wedding in May...hope it's ok as really can't be arsed to go shopping! Also don't want to spend a fortune for a one-off outfit. I think by that time I'll def be wearing flip flops in any case, so no new shoes to go with the dress!
Loft conversion seems to be going ok - visible progress at least! I'm still able to get up and down the ladder at the moment, and hopefully they'll install the staircase before I become unable to get up there...!
Ooh, exciting - a friend has given us 5 of the Dr Brown bottles, the 8oz onesThat's saved us a few bob, as I'm pretty sure they're not cheap. :money:
Right, must go as I'm sure you're all bored of my waffling now!
Nighty night
