Thanks for the advice Ro, Kira and Annabel, lovely to hear from people who have just been through it, have added more maternity pads to my list now as my mum said one packet would be enough, and definately going to look into TENS too!
Went into town to get a new bra today, the one I tried was so comfy that when the assistant asked if I wanted to wear it home I jumped at the chance, haven't worn something home since my first pair of Clarks shoes age 4! I'm so much more comfy and no wonder, gone up two cup sizes! Stocked up on my list of 'basics' from Boots, cotton wool, Johnsons baby bits and bobs, nappy sacks, few packs of wipes etc.
Does anyone have a top n tail bowl? Just wonder if it's handy or I might just get a new plastic mixing bowl from Wilko!0 -

Amymo, I'm just getting one of those sponge bath supports then baby will be bathed in the big bath.
Its soooo quiet on here today!0 -
Strangely enough i do indeed have a top and tail bowl this time, for the first time! Now as to if i use it, or go back to the basic bowl, only time will tell hahaha! I`ve always just used a normal bowl. But tbh, i dont really top and tail them alot, as i`m one that baths them everyday..... if they r dirty inbetween, they get wiped with a baby wipe! xxMummy to 3 beautiful GIRLS, 9, 7 and 3,

Hehe, Lisa, I keep thinking "I'm having one of those" whenever I see a newborn too! I still look on the tape measure every week to see how big she will be, but I'm starting to find it hard to believe even though my bump is more established now!
I think the last two weeks it's all felt more real, getting the nursery ready, ordering the pram and people being able to tell I'm pregnant by my wee bump too, half of me hopes these 14 weeks fly by but I also want to be able to relax and enjoy feeling her move around and enjoy time with DH before she gets here!
Wish we had a bath, we just have a walk in shower now which I love but I think it must be nice to have a bath when pregnant too, my mam says we all moved around more in the warm water!0 -
Not sure if anyone has already mentioned this but I am so chuffed with myself
went shopping today with MIL wasn't looking for anything in particular, and came across a Pumpkin Patch :j
In administration, signs everywhere saying nothing in the store is over £7, loads of stock boys, girls, newborn up to about 5-6 years old and maternity clothes.
Got loads of absolutely gorgeous clothes for bump and a dress and top for me, came to £44, original prices according to tags £112  I wonder do they wonder why they are in admin lol
Anyway it seems to be really good quality and like I say there was loads of stock so def worth a visit if you have one nearDebt Free Wannabe by 1 January 2016

Hey all.. quick question!
How have you all been working the vouchers from Asda?
I finally got the Asda voucher printed out at my sisters. So got the starter pack today. Inside it has £5 worth of vouchers.. £1 for huggies wipes £2 for huggies nappies, £2 for huggies swimmers.
Can you use the £2 voucher for nappies to buy more starter packs cos they have nappies in them?0 -

Yes, you can! How do you think I have 11 starter boxes sitting in my living room? Also, don't forget that you can register your partner/sister/etc for these....Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
