I wouldn't worry I lost weight when pregnant and after giving birth was the lightest I had been for years,won't last long though breastfeeding is making me eat loads,well that's my excuse anyway

We booked our antenatal course with TAMBA!!!! It is at the end of March, I will be nearly 28 weeks. I hope it will be good! It is small groups, max 7 couples, so should quite personal, and apparently we set our own agenda for the day at the beginning with any topics we want to cover.

Right, I got my credit card here now, so going to order the replacement mattresses for my moses baskets.

had a different midwife tonight, she explained more which was nice. Bloods all fine, surprised that I don't need iron at 31 weeks as I've a history of anemia but must be eating well enough which is good. Measuring at 30 weeks so not as small as I feared, I guess she's a long slim LO she gave me the number to call to book a ward visit too and confirmed my pain as rib flare and quite normal

DH arranged for a carpenter to come do some work round the house today, he hung the shelves in LO's room so we now have a functioning nursery, I love just going in and thinking about our baby and looking through her little bits and bobs, think we have all the basics now, my friend said when her LO was born last year they got 42 outfits given :eek: we'd never have the room and I'd be so embarrased to receive that much 'stuff' that we just don't need!

Well the mothercare evening was quite good. Got a bag with 3 pairs of scratch mitts, 2 hats, an avent baby skin care pack and a voucher for 10% off so good if you need to buy a few bits. We bought baby a dog sensory soft toy which you can clip to things, a baby on board teddy and a musical projector that is noise activated. Lots of people on hand to offer advice and also some helpful leaflets in the goodie bag. Maybe not worth going out of your way for though
